I have been so busy with work I barely have time to eat!
But I at least try and squeeze a quick walk in for the dog, and the weekends if I’m not working I’ll go for a nice 4 mile walk!
It’ll be over though so enough work ends for the Summer end of May!
Hi, @blessedmomof5 So how are you finding the warmer weather for walking? :)

Here there is more opportunity to walk outside some of the time, rather than in malls.

I lifted some weights, targeting the entire arm, shoulder, and shoulder blade area.

Wish I could do that a little but, I have a shoulder that is pretty worn out so the doctors say.

Today very fortunate to be able to go to Mission Bay San Diego bicycle ride around the bay and then down the boardwalk about a 20-mile ride very pretty.

Use-it-or-lose-it.
It ain't getting easier.

Fixing to walk way out into the woods to an abandoned old house place that is long gone now. and get a start off the most beautiful rose bush I believe I have ever seen. That will be my exercise for today, But it is a long good walk :]

Does getting cranky and throwing things count as exercise??? [Really heavy things]
Darned boat motor SIGH!!!!!
Not in a good way. Sorry. But that walk will more than pay for it. Keep positive thoughts, too!

I went to the Dr and I have lost 18 lbs in these past couple of weeks. I was shocked. My mom knew wasn't eating much with all I have been through so she bought me these chocolate meal replacement drinks and I have drinking them, I guess they are not a true meal after all.
Out of all my sadness lately eating food is like swallowing rocks, so it is a good weight loss program I guess lol

18 pounds in two weeks, means what you lost, was mostly water weight.

Fat loss, happens slowly and at about 1-2 pounds a week, if someone is exercising and eating properly.

Yes, considering the stress you've recently been through, it's a shock to the body so weight loss isn't uncommon to experience with grief. And no, those silly drinks aren't really worth anything. Try eating more fruits, veggies and nuts. I know it might seem tough to eat some days but it's better than anything processed. Hang in there! :)
