Interesting theory brother, my question to you is this: would you be this upset if it was a white man the media, the police, and the other person(lets say he is black) were conspiring against?

Because you seem to be filled with a lot of Hate brother. If Zimmerman is guilty of a crime the lord will judge him, and punish him accordingly. As a christian you should pray that this man, who is guilty of killing someone regardless of whether it was self defense or not, come to the Lord and repent of his sins.
and this is the rather sad and disgraceful response I get from people who claim to be followers of Christ.

but to answer your question buddy, no I wouldn't be angry. wanna know why? there would be no reason to be angry as the justice system would work the way it should in putting that black person in prison for the rest of his life for committing a crime. but hey, gotta love white privilege.

but am I angry? yes I am. miscarriages of justice make me angry. they make the LORD angry too. self-proclaimed believers who aid and abet miscarriages of justice in convincing other believers to "just focus on the gospel" make the LORD even more angry.

Case in point, a guy is attacked while confronting someone about parking in a handicap parking space without a permit.
If he took issue then he should have called the police and had them issue the offender a ticket.

The more divisive a story, the longer people will be interested in it, the longer you can report on it.

Think: we in the US can all easily recall the Trayvon Martin case or (if you're over 20) the Rodney King beating and the riots that followed. Currently, the big story seems to be illegal immigration (which has been turned into a race issue). This all gets insane amounts of coverage. But what about the kids raising money for the families of police officers killed in the line of duty? Or a parent shaving their head to show support for their cancer-stricken child? These just show up in between the "big stories" to fill up air time. Our culture doesn't seem too terribly interested in anything but strife.
Up here, there was a terrible incident when someone ran down and killed several people on a crowded Toronto street. The media enthusiastically followed the story...terrorism or race always make for lurid headlines and sells news...until it turned out that the guy who did it was a bum fantasist, and the media soon lost interest.

Something that comes to my mind is when someone burned down a mosque. The media was all over it until it was discovered that the arsonist was a member there. Not controversial enough to continue reporting on it. "Islamaphobe burns mosque" was more interesting than "member of local mosque burned down his own place of worship".

It all reminds me of the George Zimmerman/Trayvon Martin story. It was about race from start to finish. Oh yeah, and the fact that Martin wore a hoodie, bought iced tea and Skittles.
It sounds more like they're doing the opposite. Even in the Zimmerman/Martin case, the media sided with the person who physically attacked the other guy, nearly killing him. They still made it look as if the "bad guy" was the one who eventually defended himself--because he was the white guy and his attacker was black. Even after Zimmerman was acquitted in court, he was still made out to be the bad guy by the media.

Zimmerman was mixed ethnicity, only part "white"(he did not even look "white"), the media turned him into a "white man" to suit a narrative.

personally I think Zimmerman was in the wrong, but the media response was shameful on both "sides" of the argument.

Brother, if you do not love every person equally without hate then you do not love your fellowman as you have been commanded to((1 John 4:11-12, 18, 20-21; Matt 22:36-40; Mark 12:31; 1 John 3:18; Romans 13:10).

As to your answer, I have personally seen and experienced persecution for what I believe from the government(I am White) so I can honestly say that your observation of the court system is askew. Though I don't say this with any malice but only to try an inform you of the reality of this life that is escaping you. All men are persecuted at one point or another, and Christians are persecuted above all just as Christ, the Apostles, and the whole of the early Church were. Where was your anger when the people were terrorized by the Government at ruby ridge? Or Where was this anger when the Government brutally killed innocent(though misguided) children of the Lord at the Waco City massacre? Where is your anger for the Christians that are killed every single day for preaching the word of God?

If your going to be angry brother, be angry for a better cause than the color of a person's skin. But still I say, Love and lamentation is far more profitable than hate.

It frustrates me that Trayvon is seen as the wrongdoer by many when Zimmerman was so clearly in the wrong.

Except none of that happened,

The media lied about Zimmerman being attacked as the screams that were heard were treyvon and not Zimmerman when they tried to say it was Zimmerman screaming. He allegedly got ground and pounded by treyvon but refused an ambulance and also had no dirt on his clothes even though it was raining that night when he was supposedly on the ground getting beat up. They then tried to dirty treyvon up by saying he was using drugs and subpoenaed his school records trying to find stuff but there was nothing. They had zimmerman's brother on the news channel lying about Zimmerman screaming for help.

The Zimmerman family the police, and the media were all in on it.

Yet the back of his head was bloodied (this was seen on the video of him at the police station) which is consistent with having his head beaten against the pavement as he claimed happened. Have a look at what the evidence showed:

"The initial police report indicates that Martin may have been getting the better of Zimmerman physically; Zimmerman was bleeding from the nose and the back of the head, and his back was wet and had grass clippings on it, as if he had been laying on his back in wet grass. However, this evidence does not determine who instigated the confrontation"

Sometimes it seems like the news media is willing to bend over backwards to make sure we look at the skin color of individuals involved in a news story. It almost seems as if they are trying to feed on any division they can identify in society.

Case in point, a guy is attacked while confronting someone about parking in a handicap parking space without a permit. He defends himself successfully. But the problem seems to be that the person who parked illegally and then attacked the person who confronted him was black, and the person he attacked was white. That had to be mentioned in the story because the white person defended himself with a gun.

https://nypost.com/2018/07/20/stand...r-in-deadly-fight-over-parking-space-sheriff/
That’s when McGlockton, who is black, exited the store and approached Drejka, shoving him violently to the ground with both hands, surveillance video shows. While still on the ground, Drejka, who is white, then pulled out a gun and shot McGlockton, firing a single round that struck him in the chest, deputies said.

The young father then staggered back into the store and collapsed in front of the couple’s 5-year-old son, who is named after McGlockton, Jacobs told the Tampa Bay Times. He was pronounced dead a short time later.

Naturally, those who see this division as an open door are going to go even further with it with stories that play entirely on the theme of race, leading to stories like this: https://www.theroot.com/the-stand-your-ground-law-protects-shooter-who-killed-b-1827782534

In another story, a guy does a standoff with police at a Trader Joe's. He's black and kills someone who isn't black. Of course, not a word about the hostage taker being black is mentioned in the story. You'll have to watch the video to get that information.
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news...tandoff-manager-killed-family-says/816033002/

Perhaps it would help make us a little less divided in this country if those who control the narrative we see in news stories stopped using skin color as a way of identifying who is supposedly in the wrong. That's for the justice system to figure out.
It would be nice if all people got over race as being of importance but most just won't. The media plays a part in keeping it up front but the main fault lies in the people within society.

But that is just the point of all of it. They want to keep the narrative going to keep dividing the people. Then you have people who are feeding on this and totally consumed with some phony exaggerated race narrative. Manipulating the sheep, ill informed and simple minded.

Not to mention the fact that if they can divide the people against each other, it will cause people to hate each other more and then there really will be racially motivated attacks. On top of that, they can claim one side to always be the victim, ensuring permanent division between them.

with all due respect, spare me the hypocritical redirect.

you'll never see me telling someone who wants to fight for justice for persecuted believers or other Europeans that they are diametrically opposed to the gospel. that's what I was told by fellow European "devout Christians".

Brother, from what I've seen you don't just hate a corrupt government but also the White man as shown by your thinking the white man is somehow more privileged than you and is conspiring agianst you. Again your trying to attack a specific color and turn it into a race issue. So, as before I advise that you simply follow the law of Christ and if your against the corrupt hate filled government be against them, but don't try to turn it into a Color issue.

they flat out lied about the screams being form Zimmerman. forensic scientists pretty much proved the voice was from Treyvon. his mother identified the scream from Treyvon. if Treyvon was truly just beating the breaks off this guy there's no real reason for him to be screaming as if he's crying for help.

if Zimmerman really did get his butt kicked by this kid to the point of being all bloodied up and dirty, why did he refuse an ambulance? he said he was beaten within an inch of his life by Treyvon before he eventually shot him. and how do you shoot someone in the chest point blank while being disoriented from getting beat up?

Brother, the government is run by people of the world not by people of God, what color skin they have makes no difference one way or another.

I do hope you mean that brother. I pray that you stop worrying about what color someone is and start concerning yourself with their actions judging all things by the word of God alone(Matt 12:33-35; Matt 7:16-20; 1 Cor 2:15, 6:2-5;Matt 7:1-3) .

sir,

as a proud African living in this country I have never worried about what color someone is. unfortunately, sir, I have been forced to worry about how people will treat me because of what my color is. the race war that has gone on in this country since its inception has never been "us against them". it has always been us defending ourselves against them. we have never attempted to oppress Europeans. we've actually attempted to live peacefully along side them to no avail.

you didn't want us around, and you still don't.

1. Brother, that may very well be how you perceive it. That is not however how it is.

2. As the Lord has said you should rejoice in persecution, if you have been made to suffer weep for those that abuse you not rendering evil for evil or railing for railing. Hate is not the answer.

3. Brother, the Lord resists the Proud(James 4:6-8, Psalm 138:6, Proverbs 8:13, 1 Peter 5:5, Isaiah 2:12, Isaiah 23:9, Proverbs 15:25).

4. Brother, A man I considered to be more like family to me than 90% of my actual family was black, so I can most assuredly say I bear no prejudice or ill will against you based upon the color of your skin.
