Scripture says that God did not make everything:

And God said, “Let the earth bring forth
living creatures according to their kinds:

Evidently God did not directly create life, because scripture says just that.
He directed the earth to create life.
Your making it say that.
God made all things that exist as the other verses clearly point out.
God makes things live today also.
Events don't just transpire as if God wound up a clock and let it run.

Scripture says He UPHOLDS all things by the word of His power as in maintains the creation.
Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.

And Jesus said a sparrow can not fall to the ground apart from your Father's will.

That tells us God is intimately in control of all things, life and death.

Hebrews 1 New King James Version (NKJV)
God’s Supreme Revelation
1 God, who [a]at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, 2 has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds; 3 who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, 4 having become so much better than the angels, as He has by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.

The most blasphemous false doctrine of men is the teaching that God did not create all things, and that God is not even in control of his own creation ! How do they arrive at this blasphemous false doctrine ? The bible says to trust in God, and not lean unto our own understanding : PROVERBS 3(5) : ” Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not unto your own understanding , ” Why does the bible tell us not to lean unto our own understanding ? : 1 CORINTHIANS 13(12) : ” For now we see through a glass darkly , for NOW WE KNOW IN PART . ” This is why the bible tells us not to lean unto our own understanding : Because we presently have very limited understanding, and we will think that we see something wrong, WHEN THERE IS IN FACT NOTHING WRONG, WE JUST THINK THAT WE SEE SOMETHING WRONG , BECAUSE OF OUR LIMITED UNDERSTANDING . A perfect example of this is the teaching that evil could not possibly have a good purpose in God’s creation : So we say that God has nothing to do with it . Well for starters the Bible clearly states that GOD CREATED EVIL : ISAIAH 45(7) : ” I make peace AND CREATE EVIL , I THE LORD DO ALL THESE THINGS. ” Well the question of course arises : Why did God create evil ? If we read GENESIS 3(22) : We see that GOD HIMSELF SAYS : ” The man is become as one of us , to know good AND EVIL ! ” So ACCORDING TO GOD HIMSELF , EVIL DOES INDEED HAVE A GOOD PURPOSE : IT IS PART OF BECOMING AS A GOD ! But if we lean unto our own understanding , we don’t understand this, and we think that evil is only bad : So we then say that God did not create it , thus now SAYING THAT GOD DID NOT CREATE ALL THINGS : ” A SUPER SERIOUS BLASPHEMY .” We say that God does not want evil in his creation : Yet evil is still there : THUS IMPLYING THAT GOD IS NOT EVEN IN CONTROL OF HIS OWN CREATION : Because according to them all these things are there that God supposedly does not want : YET ANOTHER SUPER SERIOUS BLASPHEMY AGAINST GOD ! The truth of course is that GOD CREATED ALL THINGS , INCLUDING EVIL : AND THEY ALL WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD in his great plan , and God is in absolute control, even if we don’t understand it yet ! Listen to what God says to us in ISAIAH 55(8&9) : ” 8 : ” For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways , ” 9 : ” For as the heavens are higher then the Earth , so are my ways higher then your ways , and my thoughts then your thoughts . ” Following are a few more examples of things that God uses to fulfill his purposes that if we lean unto our own limited understanding, we might think are bad , thus saying that what God does is bad ; 1 SAMUEL 16(14) : ” But the spirit of the Lord departed from Saul, and AN EVIL SPIRIT FROM THE LORD troubled him .” and 1 KINGS 22(23) : ” Now therefore behold : THE LORD HATH PUT A LYING SPIRIT in the mouth of all these thy prophets .” So remember PROVERBS 3(5) : ” Trust in the Lord with all thine heart , and lean not unto thine own understanding .” STOP BLASPHEMING EVERY TIME YOU SEE SOMETHING YOU DONT UNDERSTAND , AND SAYING THAT GOD DID NOT DO IT OR CREATE IT : YOU ARE ON VERY DANGEROUS GROUND ! PROVERBS 3(7) : ” BE NOT WISE IN THINE OWN EYES , FEAR THE LORD, DEPART FROM EVIL . ” : IT IS A GREAT EVIL TO BE WISE IN THINE OWN EYES AND JUDGE GOD !
God did not make Judas betray Jesus.

Matthew 16:24 (WEB) The Son of Man goes, even as it is written of him, but woe to that man through whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would be better for that man if he had not been born.

Some things that happen in this world are not approved of by God. They are not of his creation. They are the seed of the wicked ones. The good Lord gives and the good Lord takes away.

God brought into existence all that exists. But most of what currently exists was not directly created by Him. He designed and brought into existence many natural processes that allow environments to change greatly over time, and living creatures to remain well adapted to an ever changing environment, without direct action by God. Over time this results in the formation of creatures so different from their ancestors that it is only common sense to consider them new species.

Why did God create evil ? If we read GENESIS 3(22) : We see that GOD HIMSELF SAYS : ” The man is become as one of us , to know good AND EVIL !
In Gen 2:9 we read: "And in the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil." According to Science the Cerebral Cortex in the brain has the ability to make choices.

"The frontal lobe plays a large role in voluntary movement. It houses the primary motor cortex which regulates activities like walking.

The function of the frontal lobe involves the ability to project future consequences resulting from current actions, the choice between good and bad actions (or better and best) (also known as conscience), the override and suppression of socially unacceptable responses, and the determination of similarities and differences between things or events." (wiki)

We can see that this ability to choose between good and evil is what makes us human. This is what makes us different than the animals.

...Well the question of course arises : Why did God create evil ? .... ...The truth of course is that GOD CREATED ALL THINGS , INCLUDING EVIL : ...

I think you are correct in that all is because of God. However, I think it is wrong, if some think evil is from God. Evil is like darkness and God (good) is like light. Evil is created, when light doesn’t shine. If person is in darkness, it is because God doesn’t shine on him. It means, if God doesn’t protect and good is not present, evil is what is left. And evil is nothing, it is the emptiness/darkness, lack of good. Evil means only that good is missing.

Of course He can't.

The very idea is ridiculous.
Yet in order to understand God we need to understand what "repent" means and why God feels a need to "repent". Man has a free will so there are going to be times when man does what is not in his best interest. I do not understand why we would want to do anything apart from God.

Genesis 6:6 "And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart."

Exodus 32:14 And the LORD repented of the evil which he thought to do to his people.

... but God can change His mind about things.

God does not change His 'mind' about things.
What God has is omniscience. He knows all things---what we consider past, present, future, He sees all the 'time'.

It's very easy to fall into using anthropomorphic terms to describe God when, in fact it is backwards when doing so. WE are made in the likeness of GOD. Using our terms to define Him, instead of His concepts to understand Him and define us/our actions will never work out right.

What God knows is everything all the time all at once. What God has are IF-THEN concepts.

IF man does this THEN this is the reward/consequence. IF man does that THEN this is the reward/consequence. He is not capricious, He does not 'change' His 'mind'. And man can know what the IF-THEN is for each action he takes. See how that works? :)

Of course. He told us so.

Changing your mind is not the same as making a mistake.

I, at first, typed the words "He said so" in my second sentence in this post. I changed my mind and wrote "He told us so". The first draft was not a mistake any more than if I had originally written "God says so" would have been a mistake.
He is not capricious, He does not 'change' His 'mind'.
Changing ones mind does not imply that a person is capricious. A person can very well have good reasons for changing His mind.

Any "repentance" God does in time is in the spirit of doing exactly what He said beforehand that He can and or will do within His creation.

God's "changing His mind" in time does not negate what He has decreed or predestined before the foundation of the world to occur in time any more than does the free choice of men made in time.
Yet in order to understand God we need to understand what "repent" means and why God feels a need to "repent".
I am in total agreement.

Wow. Please consider studying a good commentary like Matthew Henry's... and check out the Hebrew on these things. God did not create evil... but the devil is allowed to do evil things by permission of God... such as putting lies into the mouth of a prophet... and when the LORD GOD "repents" that is not the usually ENGLISH definition of "repent" as most think.

The ENGLISH language is sorely lacking for deep study of GOD'S WORD, folks. The Spirit of His Word is conveyed overall (salvation by grace through faith) ... but so lacks depth on these types of study.

I absolutely and positively 10000% agree with you on that

The truth of course is that GOD CREATED ALL THINGS , INCLUDING EVIL : AND THEY ALL WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD in his great plan , and God is in absolute control, even if we don’t understand it yet !

If you really believe this, then there is no need to write what you have, railing against the "super serious blasphemies" people put forward concerning God. If God created all things - including evil - and is working everything according to His plan, then even the "blasphemies" you're fussing about are serving God's good purposes. Should you, then, be critical of these "blasphemies"? Is that wise, if God has created them to serve His purposes? How are you not criticizing God when you criticize the blasphemies He created to achieve His mysterious, higher purposes? At the very least, you are being highly inconsistent with your own claims when you criticize the blasphemies people hold which God, ultimately, has created. As far as I can see, your view requires that you approve rapists, murderers, genocides and abortions because they are all at bottom ordained by God and serving His good purposes. In fact, you ought to approve my post, however much you might disagree with it, because God has ordained that I write it for His divine ends.

I'm being just a bit facetious in my comments in the hopes you can see the problem with saying that God has ordained everything that happens - including the moral evil that exists in the world. If you really believe this, then objecting to any moral evil is pointless since it exists to achieve God's good ends and was ultimately created by Him.
