The first thing that comes to mind is potato chips, but that is a bad answer since they aren't terribly healthy.

In all the successful medical clinics healing cancer and other 'terminal' diseases known of before the 1950's, for about 100 to 150 years, it was almost the only water used for drinking, because of the body's need for water, and the healing/ cleansing qualities of clean water, clean air and clean food..
After the 1950's it is still best, even more so with dozens of known drugs and chemicals in almost everyone's tap water (gov reports about every 4 years nationwide toxins).

I only eat the broccoli for the vitamins and minerals, though it isn't bad if it's fresh.

I love the distilled water answer.

For me it would be
1) Cars (Not in a collector type of way but like a functional vehicle
kind of way.)
2) Clay and glazes
3) Watermelon. Fruit in general.

I stopped drinking sugar drinks and when I had one after like year or so It was too sweet that I had to force myself .
