I think sometimes stress and fatigue can aggravate neck problems.

Have you ever heard of craniosacral therapy? It might help you get your bones realigned and release some inflammation. I recommend using a very cold ice pack until it's numb to get rid of inflammation as well.

Father, pain sometimes communicates that there is something wrong, like a man shouting outside a burning home alerting the people inside that there is a fire on their house. We don't want such a "communicator" to just go away; we want to take action against what they are trying to tell us about. I pray for healing, and for relief of pain in their proper places. Amen.
