When YAHWEH SAYS IT, IT IS TRUE.

Note though, you are asking about something not understood from what is written, or even not written.
Are you saying you don't understand?

How can you be as person without a gender?
Perhaps of interest?

Just searched internet with terms "God is not a person"

The Holy Spirit, from the evidence found in the Bible, is not a person in a supposed Trinity. The Holy Spirit is the very nature, presence and expression of God's power actively working in His servants. ... The Scriptures depict the Holy Spirit as the power of God.

Perhaps God's power (His nature, presence and expression) exists in the form of a person called the Holy Spirit.

Sorry, no.
Definitely not "a person", nor "a man", nor "a human",
according to all of Yahweh's Word.

Your use of the word person is often used historically and traditionally (in english anyway), and might be
'okay' in the sense if understood it doesn't mean man or human.

That's correct, God has no gender because God is spirit so he can be anyone or anything he wants to be at anytime anywhere but while being those different things he stills shows who he is.."The God Almighty"..He is who he is... Where the spirit is, there is God...

I have reason to believe so but its personal and I won't go into it. The little research I have done suggests that there is a mis-translation where Jesus refers to the Holy Spirit as "he" in a passage. Thoughts?

God is neither male nor female--He's God.

The Holy Spirit is God, so this applies to Him as well. In some languages the Holy Spirit is grammatically feminine, but that doesn't make the Holy Spirit female any more than that in some languages the Holy Spirit is grammatically male makes Him male.

Sex is biological, and only can apply to sexual creatures (i.e. creatures which reproduce sexually). The concept of gender may be more complicated (as is sex, but for purposes here, that discussion may not be necessary if not inappropriate).

But as a straightforward theological statement, God isn't male or female because those categories don't apply to Him. The singular exception is the Person of Jesus who, though truly God of God, is also human, a human male, and therefore male on account of His humanity.

Agio Pnevmati is neuter in Greek.

Spiritus Sanctus is masculine in Latin.

But frequently grammatical gender in inflected languages such as these bears no resemblance to biology in life.

I believe the Holy Spirit is the Lord when he is talking to us. I don't really attach gender to the Lord, though I address him as "Father."

The Holy Spirit Is Male:

And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that HE may abide with you for ever;
• John 14:16

Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send HIM unto you.
• John 16:7

I've heard this many times that the Holy Spirit is Female.
Why, because the Ruach Hakodesh I believe is feminine and Dunamis is feminine too.
There is a belief that since we are made in the image/likeness of GOD that there had to be a female in the trinity because how could there be a female in mankind. (Genesis 1:27)
Thus, the Holy Spirit has to be female.

Even though we have women in mankind we still call it mankind. The male attribute always is the head. (Genesis 5:2 kjv) He named them both (adam/eve) adam.

So the Holy Spirit could be called a He/Him even if it was a She/Her because the male attribute is always the head.

That's why Psalms 41:1 kjv "save (him) in the time of trouble" can be female as well because him/he/man is the title of mankind even though women/she/her in inside of it.

I still haven't came to a complete conclusion myself. I just know I want the Holy Spirit in my life always.

True, though The Helper or παράκλητος (Paraclete) is masculine in John 14:26 (ESV) also cf John 16:7.

But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.
