My brother, you have had a wonderful journey. Your trek is yours and as important as the destination in which we find ourselves joined together in love bonds. We had the honour to sit with a little group of calibre individuals a couple of times with George & Rhoda Hawtin. Breakfast began and six hours later was still ongoing. Just a small touch of what we are destined for in the Living Life! What a wonderful journey this is!
I guess my testimony to share was the time in the 70’s when Preston was invited to speak to a small fellowship of brethren, in a couples trailer house in a neighboring town. I never knew who he was. But he preach loudly and at the end prophesied that there was a snake under the chair of the White House. We were all wondering as to what that was about. Later that year Watergate came to pass. In the 80’s I was introduced to Kingdom Studies by one of my dearest brothers who was in the trailer that night and the unspoken leader to all of us. When I started getting the studies I told Randy how good they were. He then reminded me that i actually heard him that night years earlier. Randy had been a closet UR believer all along but I never knew until years later, after I had studied to show myself approved.

Good morning Hillsage. The songs came out of various members of our fellowship in various degrees of understanding. And, there were some that transcended our understanding into realms of the Spirit which are beyond what we grasp. Oh this has been one wild glorious ride that makes every fibre of my being call out to Him for more, more, more!

Did you get a chance to explore the post just above regarding "Perfect rectitude"? We must try and stay focused LOL.

I know not how one becomes a "closet" believer in such a stirring message. There is a price all of us must pay to be among the called out ones who walk where He is. I believe each of us must make our way through great distress if our calling is among those elect few who follow the Lamb in the withersoever! I know beyond any shadow of doubt the Road that has fixed my gaze so intently is not in the realm of choice, but constraint.

My brother, earthly duties are calling so F.L will leave it there for now. I have asked my faithful internet friend Pneuma to join us in this little corner of C.F. com. You will find one who sees the glory of the Saviour who IS. We are heading for more pages, and those who desire to retort or whatever lies within their hearts. We welcome each of them to share with us in the Hope of all hopes!

Perfect Rectitude

"Rectitude"=

Rectitude - Definition of Rectitude by Webster Dictionary

My friends: This link started just 14 days ago is now reaching 5600 views. I awoke today with the two words described above breaking upon me. I believe "perfect rectitude" describes what our Father means when speaking through the mouths of the prophets of universal restoration, AKA the Restitution of all things. Welcome again to the cry of our hearts met by the Plan of all plans.

"The whole of created life shall be delivered/set free/ emancipated..."

Thanks for the invite brother, it has been many years since I was on this site. Truth be told I had forgotten all about it until I tried to register and it said I was already here :doh:Anyway I don't know really where to start but as I seen a few testimonies of how people came to believe in the salvation of all I thought I would start there as a way of introduction about myself and my upbringing for those who do not know me.

I was visiting a church up by London ONT. and was hanging around with some of the young people at that church, I was only about 17 years old a young man at the time myself.

One of those young guys I was with asked me to read a portion of scripture ( don't ask me which one it is though, to many years ago ) he never said anything about what he saw ,just asked me to read and tell him what I saw, when I read it a light went off and the first words that came out of my mouth was , hay its talking about a second chance , being young that was what my first impression of what I later ( much , much later ) came to know people called UR.

Anyway he said that's what I see to; we both got pretty excited about it.

I asked if the rest of the group saw it to, he said he did not know as he just saw it himself.

Why he would ask me (basically a stranger to him) to read those scriptures instead of someone else from his group I’ll never know. (Must have been the Lord).

Anyway we decided to tell the others young people from the group about what we saw.

Mistake number one, we both only had just begun to see this, and were not scripturally sound in our understand of it yet.

The others lambasted us with a load of scriptures that seemed contrary to what we saw.

We got our rear end kicked scripturally, because we were not prepared in the word ourselves for this opposition.

The young man I was with ( I don’t remember his name , again to many years ago ) was persuaded to return to his old understanding forsaking what God had shown him.

Even though I was soundly defeated by the multitude of scripture that was thrown at us I could not let go of what I saw.

I started to look into it more fully in order to have a answer to the scriptures that were used against what God had shown me.

Mistake number two, I brought this up to my parents who are both preachers, and believe in eternal torment.

I thought those young people kicked my rear end scripturally, boy was I in for a treat

You ever want to get into a good fight just try telling a preacher what they believe is wrong, want to get into a even better fight, try it with the preachers you live with.

Again I was soundly defeated. But it did not matter to me, if what I saw was of God He would increase my understanding, I left it with him.

For the next 24 years of my life, I walked down a road all alone except for my wife and children to whom I taught Jesus Christ was the saviour of every man.

My one brother also came to see what God had given me, and it was with him and my wife and children that I could speak freely of what I had seen.

I knew God had to have shown this to others also but I never came across anyone else until about 3 years ago I got hooked up to the net.

I found my way to my first Christian web forum.

And was promptly kicked off.

So I went to another forum , which was where I first heard the term universal reconciliation or universal salvation.

People kept calling me a universalist, so I asked them what they meant by it, and was told it was a term used for people who believed all men would be saved.

So I thought to myself, that there was probably a forum with those of like faith as me so I went looking for some.

What a blessing for me after so many years of walking alone to find others that believed as I did in everyone being saved.

Oh I still have the odd argument with my parents about UR, I have been at them for 27 years, you know like the little widow woman who asked the unjust judge to change his mind kept coming to him until his mind was changed. That’s me and my parents.

P.S. this was written about 10 years ago, since then 3 of my 4 sister and my mom have come to believe in the salvation of all.

The gates into the heavenly city, New Jerusalem will never be shut:

and its gates will never be shut by day—and there will be no night there. ~~ Rev. 21:25

Why are the gates never going to be shut? The wicked are outside those gates:

Rev.22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. 15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Are those gates open forever so saints can go out of the city into the lake of fire with the wicked? Or for the wicked who have been purified in the fire to enter into the heavenly city? Or both? Maybe the saints will go on evangelical missions to the LOF.

Even Led Zeppelin knows of what we speak, Ron:

“Yes, there are two paths you can go by
But in the long run
There’s still time to change the road you’re on
And it makes me wonder”

“…The [P]iper’s calling you to join him”

“…The tune will come to you at last
When all are one and one is all” [in all]

I would like to add a little to your post clement if you do not mind.

Now lets look at some scripture that shows forth what happens AFTER the new heaven and earth has been established, AFTER the New Jerusalem has been set up, and AFTER all judgment has passed, the saints within the city gates, the sinner outside of the gates of the city.

Note: pay special attention to who is without the gates of the city.

Revelation 22:14-17

14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city

Who is it that is without the gates of the city?

Who is it that has right to the tree of life?

15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Do these scriptures not show that those without the gates of the city, the

dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie, have right to the tree of life? Do these scriptures not show that those without the gates may enter in through the gates into the city?

Of course they do, for who else is without the gates of the city but the dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. 17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

AFTER the new heaven and earth has been established, AFTER the New Jerusalem has been set up, and AFTER all judgment has passed the doctrines of eternal torment and annihilation teach that the Spirit and the bride no longer say come, that those who hear cannot come, that those who thirst cannot come and take of the water of life freely.

Thus the doctrines of eternal torment and annihilation teach a different Gospel then the TRUE Gospel we are commanded to teach, which is:

1 Timothy 4:9-11

9This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation. 10For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe. 11These things command and teach.

John 4:42

42 They told the woman, "We no longer have faith in Jesus just because of what you told us. We have heard him ourselves, and we are certain that he is the Savior of the world!"

1 John 4:14

14 And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son the Saviour of the world.

maybe it was the scripture in John... let me find it again... in some version, when i first saw it, it said 'and if they listen, they shall be saved' and God made that scripture SLAM into my heart, i knew it was a secret only i knew lol but i still chose to believe :)

John 5:25
Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.

https://www.biblestudytools.com/john/5-25-compare.html

i've shown people that scripture before, and they said 'oh that's just about the resurrection'

and i thought maybe i had the wrong scripture, but it says 'and now is' so that's not the resurrection... AND it seems there is a choice whether to listen to Jesus or not, and that's not the ressurection either... BUT there are a lot of people who think that the soul sleeps until the resurrection. and for various reasons, including this one, i don't believe that.

My dear Needhugs, you have found a peer group and you are loved! Your journey may not constitute "wonderful" but it is your journey and the God who has been with you all this way will complete that journey to His and your complete satisfaction!

My brother: You are going to be a strength to all of us on this little corner of C.F. Welcome home! I behold a small symphony orchestra forming over here, our instruments are being tuned towards the Conductor with the object of beautiful music. Maybe we will join the hum that radiates through the universe in every direction!

The following post is from an auto parts brother "Little Elmer.">>>>>>>>

little elmer;52422892 said:
Jesus' words, in order of scripture:
1) "IT IS FINISHED" (John 19:30)
(Our starting point)
2) "PEACE BE WITH YOU" (John 20:19)
3) "DO YOU LOVE ME?" (John 21:15)
4) "YOU FOLLOW ME" (John 21:22)

The enemy has convinced most of us that we start out trying to follow Him, pleasing Him, proving that we love Him, then we will have peace & then one day if we accomplish all - it will then be finished.

WRONG

God has done it all for us! We start with the knowledge that He has conquered sin (!) and death, that we are righteous (!) complete (!) perfect (!) before Him, because He is our High Priest before the Father.

Say this out loud: As He is, so are we in this world. (1 John 4)

There's declarations that we don't often know and/or meditate on that will ground us in the knowledge of our Lord & Savior.

1) Believers ONCE purged should have no more conscience of sins. (Heb. 10:2)

We are cleansed ONCE - and when we sin, we thank Him that we are ALREADY forgiven. (Eph. 4:32) We don't come as sinners all over again - we are ignoring Christ's work when we have that consciousness.

2) He is the fullness of the Godhead bodily, and WE ARE COMPLETE IN HIM. (Col 2:9)
See? DONE. This goes back to the High Priest reference; just as the OT high priest would represent the people, and God would treat them just like the high priest - for better or for worse - Christ perfectly pleases the Father, and so do you. In fact, even our imperfect prayers are filtered through Christ, so that they are a pleasing aroma to the Father when they reach Him.

3) It starts in our spirit, through our soul, and finally our body
If we're looking into the mirror and saying "I'm not holy", we're missing the point. He who is joined to the Lord is one spirit. (1 Cor 6:17) You're perfect just like you are, pimples and all. That knowledge must begin to sink into our mind (Rom. 12:2) and as it becomes our default mindset, it changes us.

This is the key to the Christian life - we don't change ourselves; if we could, Christ need not come, right? So how do we change, if it's not effort, resolve and determination?

>>> His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and goodness. Through these He has given us His very great and precious promises, so that through them (His promises) you may participate in the divine nature(!)

This salvation, this plan, this relationship, this (new) creation is all His idea, from Him, through Him & back to HIM.

aaaah there is WISDOM :)

did you know that wisdom is a SHE? and she is calling out to us?

Psalms 1:20 Out in the open wisdom calls aloud, she cries out,
at the city gate she makes her speech

Sorry for the weird song lol God sings secular music to me, coz i asked Him to lol I told Him that I didn't think Christian pop music was as good :)

this morning i was sorta complaining to Jesus... coz i was sooooo terrified of the doctrine of ET... i said 'Why didn't You just TELL ME???' and i felt the words 'I AM!!!' fill me...

I did not dare complain again lol that He could have told me sooner! Because most mainstream Christians don't EVER get this!!

Tell me, do any of you here ever get the feeling that there is something even MORE wonderful to learn? When Jesus said 'I AM (telling you)'... it just makes me feel like there is even more to learn... about His NATURE.

I think that maybe God's wrath, from revelation... i think maybe the book of revelation is a personal journey, and God ISN'T planning on attacking the world with His anger... and maybe when Jesus said 'It is finished' it really was finished, but personally we will all get to the end of revelation, with every tear wiped away, etc...
but that's just a guess...

also, the book of revelation is called 'the TESTIMONY of Jesus Christ'... which makes me wonder if it wasn't a revelation of what went on at the cross... and might still be going on...
but that's just another guess

F.L. you know, a few months ago, i was still suffering GREATLY... and Jesus put these words in me, with a lovely feeling: "Thank You, Lord Jesus Christ, for my beautiful life."

and since then, off and on, I have been saying it, as though it were mine by faith.. and today, for the first time, i could say it like i meant it!

F.L. you know, a few months ago, i was still suffering GREATLY... and Jesus put these words in me, with a lovely feeling: "Thank You, Lord Jesus Christ, for my beautiful life."

and since then, off and on, I have been saying it, as though it were mine by faith.. and today, for the first time, i could say it like i meant it![/QUOTE]

Needhugs: there is so much you have to offer. The road into the Tree of Life comes in degrees of glory as He takes us through struggles that explode into new dimensions of trust in Him. From beginning to end the process is rooted in Him in whom faith is rooted from start to finish. You will stand as a trophy of His grace, & in the place of suffering will be springs of living water for those seeking a drink.

Perfect=

Brought to consummation or completeness; completed.

Not defective nor redundant.

Having all the properties or qualities requisite to its nature and kind;

Without flaw, fault, or blemish;

Without error; mature; whole; pure; sound; right; correct.

A complete and satisfactory close in harmony.

A tense which expresses an act or state completed.

To make perfect; to finish or complete, so as to leave nothing wanting; to give to anything all that is requisite to its nature and kind.

you forgot the closing bracket on quote.. :)
that would be nice if God could use my suffering to help peeps... i always told Jesus, please don't make me preach lol

then finally a little while ago, I said to Jesus 'FINE!!! do what You want!!!' lol and i submitted myself to the hate from a friend who hates God... and God sang the one line of the song I posted
'Somethin' tells Me I'm into somethin' good' :)

I define perfection as an ascending forever.

Rev 14:11 (ESV2011)
And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever, and they have no rest, day or night, these worshipers of the beast and its image, and whoever receives the mark of its name.”

I just think there is something else to learn, about EVERYONE, in THIS life....
it is written: 'He came to destroy the works of the devil'
there MUST be something else to learn, to DESTROY the works of the devil on this earth!
i know that the book of revelation does it, but i always think that maybe the book of revelation isn't revealing what it should to us!
i mean, honestly, who can comprehend it?
anyway... i've got a demon that just got nervous.
