The NC offers proof man is regenerated (born again first)

In it's very workings as described in Hebrews 8.
Some people call this forcing, saying God would never do this. But this is how God does things, by intervening in the life of those who He intends to save. There are of course many other scriptures that point this out.

God's law He writes on the heart and into our minds mind first, then they are become His people by believing in Christ. Then He becomes to us our God and we shall be His people.
We do not become His people by accepting Christ first, then He writes them on our hearts and into our minds. which is just about how most people think it works.

There is no human decision being made for those who are become a part in this NC, we respond to Him only because He has made us born again.

10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. 11 None of them shall teach his neighbor, and none his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them. 12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.”

13 In that He says, “A new covenant,” He has made the first obsolete. Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.

How do we come to the Interpretation that these verses are about Christians?

The book of Hebrews is a new testament book about the new covenant for Christians, do you deny this?

Do you deny the Book, New Testament or not has a title, directly speaking to the people to whom it was addressed?

So are you a part of this New Covenant, in His blood?? or not...
In this New Covenant there is no longer jew or gentile but only one new man in Christ.

Glory of the New Covenant

Sure I'm a part of the New Covenant, all Gentile Christians are, but the Epistle to the Hebrews was to the Hebrews not to the Gentiles.

We come into this New Covenant through Christ with the Jews.

Eph 2:11 Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;
Eph 2:12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:
Eph 2:13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
Eph 2:14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;

God makes either jew or gentile born again in the same way, not a different way in the NC.
