Galatians 4:8-11, Howbeit then, when ye knew not God, ye did service to them which by nature are no gods. But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage? Ye observe days, and months, and times, and years. I am afraid of you, lest I have bestowed upon you labour in vain.
Galatians 1:6-9, I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
The latter scripture confirms that the preaching of days, months, times, and years, in the former scripture, is the preaching of a different gospel that deserves the curse of God on those who preach it.
I only disagree with your mis-understanding of Scripture and your posts in error teaching false teachings that you learned from false teachers.@yeshuaslavejeff,
Because you disagree with my posts, you speak condescendingly to gain an advantage by trying to make yourself look superior. This is the tactic of bullies. And it also reminds me of Jude 1:16, which speaks of those who have men's persons in admiration because of advantage.
Enlighten me.

In context, if you go further down in the passage, Galatians 4:21, the Galatians were desiring to be under the law in observing days and months and times and years.
If you think that I am teaching falsely, then back up your words by showing from scripture how my teaching is false. Otherwise, shut up. You are a bully. Expose my teaching as error if you can. Otherwise, shut up. For you have not exposed my teaching as error, but have only insulted me time and time again, in order to make yourself look superior. And I am not inferior to you. My Bible reading regimen is probably much more extensive than yours. I read through all the epistles once a week, through the gospels, Acts and Revelation about once a month, and through the Old Testament more slowly, about twice every three years and a little more, because in some sections I read through them more quickly so I read through them more times in the same amount of time that I read the Pentateuch (Genesis-Deuteronomy) and the major prophets (Isaiah-Daniel) twice in three years (A chapter a day in seven sections). And this is not necessarily to say that I am better than you; for it is written, "Knowledge puffeth up, but charity (love) edifieth" (1 Corinthians 8:1-3).I only disagree with your mis-understanding of Scripture and your posts in error teaching false teachings that you learned from false teachers.
You are acting like a false teacher who claims those telling the truth are bullies, because the truth exposes their errors and they can't do anything else.
Why you have such trouble I don't know and am not at this time pursuing, since you seem to want to keep that which you falsely accuse me of - you want to keep the admiration (or approval) of your peers who taught you or agree with your errors.
I have done this for many years, and the truth has indeed set me free.If you want to be enlightened, to know the truth, seek the truth , prayerfully!, and keep seeking the truth, and then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free.
That is Yahweh's Promise, and He Always Honors His Promise. His Word cannot be broken.
I'm not sure how you think this goes against anything I have said. In fact, it substantiates my words. So I assume you were simply agreeing with me and wanted to show scriptural support for my statements? Thank you friend! In Context
Galatians 4:17 They zealously court you, for no good; yes, they want to exclude you, that you may be zealous for them.
They were being manipulated, so that they would be zealous for those that Paul said was bringing another Gospel, and the same when some Jews would not eat with converts that were not circumcised.
Peer pressure to get them to conform
Galatians 4:18 ( It is Good to be Zealous in a Good Thing, according to Truth) Acts of the Apostles 21:20
What does it mean to be "under the law" In this case it means to submit to the "Good News" of the Circumcision. Learn all the Torah and obey it, get circumcised, then you are Abraham's seed and declared Righteous.
True Good News - Repent and Receive YESHUA Acts of the Apostles 2:38
With this in Mind, now read Galatians 4:21
Galatians 4:21 Tell me, ye that desire to be under the law, do ye not hear the law? 22 For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a freewoman. 23 But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise.
Ishmael was born after the flesh - Abraham attempting to fulfill YHWH's promise that He would have a son with Hagar, The Torah on Stone
Isaac was born after the Spirit, A Miracle, As Sarah was well past child baring years. The Torah upon New Hearts of Flesh
Ishmael - Keeping the Torah for Salvation - Own Effort
Isaac - The Promise, A new birth - Keeping the Torah, the result of Salvation. Messiah In you the hope of Glory, He does the Work.
I'm not sure how you think this goes against anything I have said. In fact, it substantiates my words. So I assume you were simply agreeing with me and wanted to show scriptural support for my statements? Thank you friend!
No prejudice at all. Look up the reports online if you care to. They apparently left Jesus behind, and are not trying to follow Him, and worse, have led many in a false gospel for years now.@yeshuaslavejeff,
As for your prejudice against Calvary Chapel; it is all about Jesus, not a specific church denomination or group.
You certainly know then, what the nature of this false gospel is. Would you care to explain it to us?No prejudice at all. Look up the reports online if you care to. They apparently left Jesus behind, and are not trying to follow Him, and worse, have led many in a false gospel for years now.
Matthew 24:5, For many shall come in my name, saying, "I am Christ," and shall deceive many.
1 John 5:1, Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God; and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.
Those who come deceiving will come deceiving people into thinking that they are the Christ; they will claim to be Christ: it does not there say that any deceivers will proclaim that Jesus is the Christ. For out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks, and therefore if they say that Jesus is the Christ it is because they believe that He is the Christ. And if they believe He is the Christ they are born of God: that means they are destined for heaven: and no deceiver is destined for heaven.
I read about Lonnie Frisbee. Chuck Smith disassociated him from the movement when the news of his homosexuality came out. In the eulogy at his funeral Chuck said he was a Samson-like figure who had the anointing of the Holy Spirit but was unable to deal with certain temptations of the flesh. Remember Samson? Who had enormous physical strength because the Spirit was upon him but fell into lustful experiences with Delilah and certain other Philistine women. It just goes to show that God can speak through and use anyone. He used a donkey to talk to Balaam.
