One Man Pastor or Elders Plural Heading the Church ?

God has never been willing to "control" anybody. That is why so many people will go to eternal condemnation even though God loves them. If God, who we are to imitate, is like that, what mere fallen human would dare to try to control other humans?

Exactly back in the times you are speaking there was no written new Covenant per say for awhile and
Distribution of the Epistles to all the new congregations that were springing up all over took time

Men of good Character Elders to help judge the lesser matters to some weightier matters of the Jewish nation because it was to much for Moses alone.things have to start somewhere and proceed forward,I just thank GOD for men and women of faith.also remember that Arron andthe priesthood had special garments they wore.Bishops have garments the Pope his hey some wear suits in other Congregations we have seminarys we have the internet that is full of good and bad.The best thing is we are not left orphaned we have the Holy Spirit are Paraclete whom if we allow will guide and direct us in Christ.The written Word of GOD in Paper form is in a great deal of languages due to printing presses.TV and Radio Short wave Radio It is not up to me to judge any of my Christian brothers or sisters in Whom say they are Christain if they say they are then there they are and I’m not saying you are I have learned much from just reading post here at CF.
We all think where we worship at the present is from GOD only Christ will judge us.

Everything was written by the end of Johns death 100 AD or so new Covenant but getting the entire
Bible to the known world I don’t think the Greeks new Hebrew and when I mentioned Stephen what had been written it was a learn as you go for awhile the four Gospels were the Mainstay with the OT I completely agree with you when Paul came with the Epistles and what is called the mystery things changed again he was accused of not being an Apostle.i didn’t say the foundation wasn’t there Stephen gave a Jewish history lesson prior to his death by stoning.
