I just want to let everyone know that I am feeling so much better after eating a lot of fruits and vegetables. My heart palpitations have slowed. My headaches have gone away. I can feel my blood pressure decreasing. So I just want to thank God for that.

That is good.

Caffeine temporarily raises blood pressure and increases the risk of aneurysms.

Raw garlic is one food shown to reduce blood pressure. Cooking reduces the effectiveness of garlic. Ground flax seed is another blood pressure reducing food. I put 2 tbsp. on my oatmeal.

Taking COQ 10 supplements has been shown to lower blood pressure in some people.

Reducing sodium may lower blood pressure in some people.

Eating meat, eggs, fish and dairy fat can increase the risk of atherosclerosis and high blood pressure. People eating no meat, eggs, fish and dairy are at risk for harmful deficiencies of B-12, zinc, selenium etc.
