Hello, friend. I’m sorry to hear of the death of your dad. I’m sure that there will always be a special and tender place in your memory for your father as long as you live. I’m praying for you and your family, that the Lord may comfort you whenever you hurt. If you have time to read, I'd like to suggest that you check out the book: Experiencing Grief, by H. Norman Wright. It’s written to encourage those who have recently endured a loss. May God strengthen and uphold you during this time.

Dear Lord, the pain Shoetoyou and his family multiplies each day as they try to cope with this great loss. They each feel alone and burdened. No one understands, and at times it seems no one cares. Help them to keep their eyes focused on you, Lord. Only You can release them from this prison of grief, only You can free them from these chains of mourning, grant their hearts peace, now and the rest of their days, in Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Oh Shoe I am so sorry and I am lifting you and your dear family up right now for God's love, peace and strength to overfill you all. I know this pain all to well and it is terrible, My heart breaks for you and if I can help in anyway please message me.

"There is a time to grieve...." I pray the Holy Spirit will help you in the grieving process and that you and your family will receive, strength, comfort and healing.

Father, may we always remember that grief is acceptable and proper, and something we should allow ourselves to experience for good emotional health. May we then also in time come to focus on the utter joy that believers experience after death, and allow that to bring us some comfort. May we grieve with the grieving, and rejoice with those that rejoice, both in their proper times. Amen.
