I understand the difficulty in comprehending God and His abilities and choices from our linear finite mind. I also understand God trying to get us to understand.
I'm not sure if I should be insulted or not. Are you saying I have a "linear finite mind" and you don't?

Another connection between Pentecost and God’s redemptive work is that at Sinai Yeshua had made a covenant with the Israelites by giving them the Torah both in the tablets of the Ten Commandments and in the writing of the five books of Moses.
If they are talking "body or flesh of God" it is Yeshua.. if not, then they are talking about God Himself.
By they are you implying the actual written accounts in the Tanakh and New Testament ?

Did Moshe see any physical manifestation of the "body or flesh of God" when on Mt Sinai ?
When Moshe talked with the LORD face to face was he talking to Yeshua ? (Exodus 33:11)
No humans think linear, God is multi-dimensional.
Assuming born again Believers are encouraged to renew their mind and have the mind of
Christ do they still think linear ?

I know from my born again experience, my mind went from focused to broad spectrum 360, then when it returned to linear, I knew it near impossible to explain what I came to see, and know in the linear thinking and language to explain it. My sympathy went out to the prophets of old when they tried to explain it. I understand their frustration. I just wish I could have kept the vastness of the multilevel that only God has... and what I experienced "in the moment".

Danyl 1:1
In the third yr of.....

Yirmiyahu (jeremiah 36:1
In the 4th yr of....

where would such road marks be taught?

I would say you are lacking instruction gad,ar.
Lacking in the Spirit of Knowledge.

I look at your feet and wonder why your sight is restricted.

There is too much to discuss, so sit back and enjoy the ease of A lamp upon the feet while a fruit of gentlness and self control explores a Torah.

3s and 4s are the way of a king young sir.
Yet who ever freely gave breath of such upon the waters of time?
Now that is a place Yeshua judges.
And amos found the well.

All of creation is written in a single curtain if you are prepared to listen. seamlessly woven.

You ever wonder about the 4 sons born of the mid wives(hand maids, zilpah and bilhah?

Oh how keen moshe must of been while speaking with our (-----) of the Living.

I've noticed that some have been given over to delusion and have ignored the importance of sinai.
But that is no concern of those who have walked with the Lord in a field of inheritance.

Such nourishment does not escape the hands of those who's feet are shod as sons and daughters. Hands upon the free gift Yeshua freely fed the hearts with water and bread.
I see him walking through the field feeding the flock as a nazarite, yet the only opposition was a few men who looked to find a strength they barely knew.
Something they had withheld from others.
A levite was to serve just a judge once served.
The responsibility was to ensure all provisions were provided.
Yet, they became complacent, arrogant, and began to glean from the poor so that their worldly thoughts would fill the greed of a man sitting for six days.
Such a thing to do.
Oh, and let's not forget the Torah was on their lips!.

Or so they thought.

Provisions in the Torah handed down to moshe were clear and concise.
Ensure justice and equal scales.
4 sons hardly ever spoken of.
Blessed are the...............?

Blessings Always.

It is better to have one's sight restricted by Scripture than to imagine in your mind's eye what is not true.

Thanks for your philosophical post, but it is confusing and meaningless to me since you did not express yourself with clear words.

Thanks for your philosophical post, but it is confusing and meaningless to me since you did not express yourself with clear words.
34 (v) Adonai said to Moshe, “Cut yourself two tablets of stone like the first ones; and I will inscribe on the tablets the words that were on the first tablets, which you broke. 2 Be ready by morning; in the morning you are to ascend Mount Sinai and present yourself to me on the top of the mountain. 3 No one is to come up with you, and no one is to be seen anywhere on the mountain; don’t even let the flocks or herds feed in front of this mountain.”
4 Moshe cut two stone tablets like the first. Then he got up early in the morning and, with the two stone tablets in his hands, ascended Mount Sinai, as Adonai had ordered him to do.

5 Adonai descended in the cloud, stood with him there and pronounced the name of Adonai. 6 Adonai passed before him and proclaimed:

YUD-HEH-VAV-HEH!!! Yud-Heh-Vav-Heh [Adonai] is God, merciful and compassionate, slow to anger, rich in grace and truth; 7 showing grace to the thousandth generation, forgiving offenses, crimes and sins; yet not exonerating the guilty, but causing the negative effects of the parents’ offenses to be experienced by their children and grandchildren, and even by the third and fourth generations.”

8 At once Moshe bowed his head to the ground, prostrated himself 9 and said, “If I have now found favor in your view, Adonai, then please let Adonai go with us, even though they are a stiffnecked people; and pardon our offenses and our sin; and take us as your possession.”

(vi) 10 He said, “Here, I am making a covenant; in front of all your people I will do wonders such as have not been created anywhere on earth or in any nation. All the people around you will see the work of Adonai. What I am going to do through you will be awesome! 11 Observe what I am ordering you to do today. Here! I am driving out ahead of you the Emori, Kena‘ani, Hitti, P’rizi, Hivi and Y’vusi. 12 Be careful not to make a covenant with the people living in the land where you are going, so that they won’t become a snare within your own borders. 13 Rather, you are to demolish their altars, smash their standing-stones and cut down their sacred poles; 14 because you are not to bow down to any other god; since Adonai — whose very name is Jealous — is a jealous God. 15 Do not make a covenant with the people living in the land. It will cause you to go astray after their gods and sacrifice to their gods. Then they will invite you to join them in eating their sacrifices, 16 and you will take their daughters as wives for your sons. Their daughters will prostitute themselves to their own gods and make your sons do the same!

17 “Do not cast metal gods for yourselves.

18 “Keep the festival of matzah by eating matzah, as I ordered you, for seven days during the month of Aviv; for it was in the month of Aviv that you came out from Egypt.

19 “Everything that is first from the womb is mine. Of all your livestock, you are to set aside for me the males, the firstborn of cattle and flock. 20 The firstborn of a donkey you must redeem with a lamb; if you won’t redeem it, break its neck. All the firstborn of your sons you are to redeem, and no one is to appear before me empty-handed.

21 “Six days you will work, but on the seventh day you are to rest — even in plowing time and harvest season you are to rest.

22 “Observe the festival of Shavu‘ot with the first-gathered produce of the wheat harvest, and the festival of ingathering at the turn of the year. 23 Three times a year all your men are to appear before the Lord, Adonai, the God of Isra’el. 24 For I am going to expel nations ahead of you and expand your territory, and no one will even covet your land when you go up to appear before Adonai your God three times a year. 25 You are not to offer the blood of my sacrifice with leavened bread, and the sacrifice of the feast of Pesach is not to be left until morning. 26 You are to bring the best firstfruits of your land into the house of Adonai your God.

“You are not to boil a young goat in its mother’s milk.”

(vii) 27 Adonai said to Moshe, “Write these words down, because they are the terms of the covenant I have made with you and with Isra’el.”

28 Moshe was there with Adonai forty days and forty nights, during which time he neither ate food nor drank water. [Adonai] wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the Ten Words.

23 (iv) Adonai said to Moshe, 2 “Tell the people of Isra’el: ‘The designated times of Adonai which you are to proclaim as holy convocations are my designated times.

3 “‘Work is to be done on six days; but the seventh day is a Shabbat of complete rest, a holy convocation; you are not to do any kind of work; it is a Shabbat for Adonai, even in your homes.

4 “‘These are the designated times of Adonai, the holy convocations you are to proclaim at their designated times.

5 “‘In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, between sundown and complete darkness, comes Pesach for Adonai. 6 On the fifteenth day of the same month is the festival of matzah; for seven days you are to eat matzah. 7 On the first day you are to have a holy convocation; don’t do any kind of ordinary work. 8 Bring an offering made by fire to Adonai for seven days. On the seventh day is a holy convocation; do not do any kind of ordinary work.’”

9 Adonai said to Moshe, 10 “Tell the people of Isra’el, ‘After you enter the land I am giving you and harvest its ripe crops, you are to bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest to the cohen. 11 He is to wave the sheaf before Adonai, so that you will be accepted; the cohen is to wave it on the day after the Shabbat. 12 On the day that you wave the sheaf, you are to offer a male lamb without defect, in its first year, as a burnt offering for Adonai. 13 Its grain offering is to be one gallon of fine flour mixed with olive oil, an offering made by fire to Adonai as a fragrant aroma; its drink offering is to be of wine, one quart. 14 You are not to eat bread, dried grain or fresh grain until the day you bring the offering for your God; this is a permanent regulation through all your generations, no matter where you live.

15 “‘From the day after the day of rest — that is, from the day you bring the sheaf for waving — you are to count seven full weeks, 16 until the day after the seventh week; you are to count fifty days; and then you are to present a new grain offering to Adonai. 17 You must bring bread from your homes for waving — two loaves made with one gallon of fine flour, baked with leaven — as firstfruits for Adonai. 18 Along with the bread, present seven lambs without defect one year old, one young bull and two rams; these will be a burnt offering for Adonai, with their grain and drink offerings, an offering made by fire as a fragrant aroma for Adonai. 19 Offer one male goat as a sin offering and two male lambs one year old as a sacrifice of peace offerings. 20 The cohen will wave them with the bread of the firstfruits as a wave offering before Adonai, with the two lambs; these will be holy for Adonai for the cohen. 21 On the same day, you are to call a holy convocation; do not do any kind of ordinary work; this is a permanent regulation through all your generations, no matter where you live.

(LY: iii) 23 “‘When you enter the land and plant various kinds of fruit trees, you are to regard its fruit as forbidden — for three years it will be forbidden to you and not eaten. 24 In the fourth year all its fruit will be holy, for praising Adonai. 25 But in the fifth year you may eat its fruit, so that it will produce even more for you; I am Adonai your God.
3 full weeks over three full yrs?
At that time I, Dani’el, had been mourning for three whole weeks. 3 I hadn’t eaten any food that satisfied me — neither meat nor wine had entered my mouth, and I didn’t anoint myself once, until three full weeks had passed.
10 days after pesach
4 On the twenty-fourth day of the first month, I was on the bank of the great river, the Tigris, 5 when I looked up, and there before me was a man dressed in linen wearing a belt made of fine Ufaz gold. 6 His body was like beryl, his face looked like lightning and his eyes like fiery torches; his arms and feet were the color of burnished bronze; and when he spoke, it sounded like the roar of a crowd.

22 “‘When you harvest the ripe crops produced in your land, don’t harvest all the way to the corners of your field, and don’t gather the ears of grain left by the harvesters; leave them for the poor and the foreigner; I am Adonai your God.’”

(v) 23 Adonai said to Moshe, 24 “Tell the people of Isra’el, ‘In the seventh month, the first of the month is to be for you a day of complete rest for remembering, a holy convocation announced with blasts on the shofar.25 Do not do any kind of ordinary work, and bring an offering made by fire to Adonai.’”

26 Adonai said to Moshe, 27 “The tenth day of this seventh month is Yom-Kippur; you are to have a holy convocation, you are to deny yourselves, and you are to bring an offering made by fire to Adonai. 28 You are not to do any kind of work on that day, because it is Yom-Kippur, to make atonement for you before Adonai your God. 29 Anyone who does not deny himself on that day is to be cut off from his people; 30 and anyone who does any kind of work on that day, I will destroy from among his people. 31 You are not to do any kind of work; it is a permanent regulation through all your generations, no matter where you live. 32 It will be for you a Shabbat of complete rest, and you are to deny yourselves; you are to rest on your Shabbat from evening the ninth day of the month until the following evening.”

(vi) 33 Adonai said to Moshe, 34 “Tell the people of Isra’el, ‘On the fifteenth day of this seventh month is the feast of Sukkot for seven days to Adonai. 35 On the first day there is to be a holy convocation; do not do any kind of ordinary work. 36 For seven days you are to bring an offering made by fire to Adonai; on the eighth day you are to have a holy convocation and bring an offering made by fire to Adonai ; it is a day of public assembly; do not do any kind of ordinary work.

37 “‘These are the designated times of Adonai that you are to proclaim as holy convocations and bring an offering made by fire to Adonai — a burnt offering, a grain offering, a sacrifice and drink offerings, each on its own day — 38 besides the Shabbats of Adonai, your gifts, all your vows and all your voluntary offerings that you give to Adonai.

39 “‘But on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you have gathered the produce of the land, you are to observe the festival of Adonai seven days; the first day is to be a complete rest and the eighth day is to be a complete rest. 40 On the first day you are to take choice fruit, palm fronds, thick branches and river-willows, and celebrate in the presence of Adonai your God for seven days. 41 You are to observe it as a feast to Adonai seven days in the year; it is a permanent regulation, generation after generation; keep it in the seventh month. 42 You are to live in sukkot for seven days; every citizen of Isra’el is to live in a sukkah, 43 so that generation after generation of you will know that I made the people of Isra’el live in sukkot when I brought them out of the land of Egypt; I am Adonai your God.’”

44 Thus Moshe announced to the people of Isra’el the designated times of Adonai.

1 The words of ‘Amos, one of the sheep owners in T’koa, which he saw concerning Isra’el in the days of ‘Uziyah king of Y’hudah and Yarov‘am the son of Yo’ash, king of Isra’el, two years before the earthquake; 2 he said:

Adonai is roaring from Tziyon
thundering from Yerushalayim;
the shepherds’ pastures will mourn,
and Mount Karmel’s summit will wither.

Here is what Adonai says:

“For Dammesek’s three crimes,
no, four — I will not reverse it —
because they threshed Gil‘ad
with an iron-spiked threshing-sledge;
4 I will send fire to the house of Haza’el,
and it will consume the palaces of Ben-Hadad.
5 I will break the bars of Dammesek’s gates.
I will cut off the inhabitants from Bik‘at-Aven,
and him who holds the scepter from Beit-‘Eden.
Then the people of Aram will go into exile
in Kir,” says Adonai.

Here is what Adonai says:

“For ‘Azah’s three crimes,
no, four — I will not reverse it —
because they exiled a whole population
and handed them over to Edom;
7 I will send fire to the wall of ‘Azah,
and it will consume its palaces.
8 I will cut off the inhabitant from Ashdod,
and him who holds the scepter from Ashkelon.
I will turn my hand against ‘Ekron,
and the rest of the P’lishtim will perish,”
says Adonai, God.

Here is what Adonai says:

“For Tzor’s three crimes,

no, four — I will not reverse it —
because they exiled a whole population to Edom
and did not remember the covenant with kinsmen;
10 I will send fire to the wall of Tzor,

and it will consume its palaces.”

Here is what Adonai says:

“For Edom’s three crimes,
no, four — I will not reverse it —
because with sword he pursued his kinsman
and threw aside all pity,
constantly nursing his anger,
forever fomenting his fury;
12 I will send fire on Teman,
and it will consume the palaces of Botzrah.”

Here is what Adonai says:

“For the people of ‘Amon’s three crimes,
no, four — I will not reverse it —
because they ripped apart pregnant women
just to expand their territory,
14 I will set fire to the wall of Rabbah,
and it will consume its palaces
amid shouts on the day of battle,
amid a storm on the day of the whirlwind.
15 Their king will go into exile,
he and his princes together,” says Adonai.

I know you could possibly be referring to Yehudah, but, as usual, I have no idea what you are getting at.

Yes,
Think of pretty much every spoken language. Hvl is a word to look into.
Sounds have been divided into two parts.
For instance you recognised and likely heard the silent vowels among the consonants.
The same principle applies while studying the Holy Scripture with a wonderfull counselor.
Exegesis is typically prds. 4 levels.
But there is a level beyond sod.

The Torah and Prophets .....hang.,on these two.
Look at the yod.
Humility first.
Reverence for the Name.
Blessed be the Name.
And?
Blessed be he who.....?

In Jerusalem, the Holy Spirit wrote the law on the hearts of people in fulfillment of the prophecy of Jeremiah 31:33, part of the new covenant being unfolded by Yeshua and explained and experienced by the disciples.

Doesn't the idea of Pentecost being a fulfillment of Jeremiah 31:33 go against the Messianic idea about Acts 15 - that the Gentile believers were to follow the few things the council told them, and then go the Synagogue to learn more? The idea of going to 'learn more' wouldn't have been necessary, would it? Or if Pentecost was a fulfillment of Jer. 31:33, then it was only for the House of Judah and the House of Israel.

I suppose it would be better if someone else speak of formalities.

I've given a few kind gestures that should be enough.

Just be far more carefull in the future.

Messianic
Doesn't the idea of Pentecost being a fulfillment of Jeremiah 31:33 go against the Messianic idea about Acts 15 - that the Gentile believers were to follow the few things the council told them, and then go the Synagogue to learn more? The idea of going to 'learn more' wouldn't have been necessary, would it? Or if Pentecost was a fulfillment of Jer. 31:33, then it was only for the House of Judah and the House of Israel.
Man's mind can only retain so much, and what little it retains, needs to be renewed, transformed, and increased. Having the Holy Spirit descend upon a soul, is a lightening bolt of truth, but after the flash, there is much to dissect and simulate. It takes learning from others to be well rounded out. That is where collective learning is beneficial. It is the building blocks that help form the temple God desires to indwell. So while Pentecost is a fulfillment of sorts, it doesn't go against the idea that the council advised them on. In order for the coal to remain glowing hot, it must remain in with the other burning embers, and have fuel added continually to stay hot.
