As with virtually all heterodox you are quoting a few verses out-of-context. Here is what God said about all the so-called gods of all the nations.
Psalms 96:4-5
(4) For the LORD is great, and greatly to be praised: he is to be feared above all gods.
(5) For all the gods of the nations are idols: but the LORD made the heavens.
1 Chronicles 16:25-26
(25) For great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised: he also is to be feared above all gods.
(26) For all the gods of the people are idols: but the LORD made the heavens.
Psalms 115:1-7
(1) Not unto us, O LORD, not unto us, but unto thy name give glory, for thy mercy, and for thy truth's sake.
(2) Wherefore should the heathen say, Where is now their God?
(3) But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased.
(4) Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men's hands.
(5) They have mouths, but they speak not: eyes have they, but they see not:
(6) They have ears, but they hear not: noses have they, but they smell not:
(7) They have hands, but they handle not: feet have they, but they walk not: neither speak they through their throat.

If you are referring to Scripture regarding the idols used by the ancient heathens then yes they are nothing but stone and clay. Idols were used in rituals to localize those “deity’s” presence to the objects. Hence the modern term of “possessed dolls” ect. However the power behind those idols is very real. God in Exodus 12:12 makes it clear that he will execute judgement on the gods of Egypt. He’s not talking about mere idols in this case but spiritual beings.

Repeating the same thing over and over does not prove it.

You also said "you are gods" omitting the words "I said that" more than once.

Adding more of your opinion, God did not say they were created to be gods. At some point god said "you are gods." Dying is more than just revoking privileges.

You claim that you acknowledged the scripture I posted then you interject your own opinion into what God said. God did not say that the unjust judges "do not compare."

I am God/elohim, and there is none else. (Deu 4:35)
Thus saith the LORD יהוה/YHWH, Before me there was no God/elohim, formed, neither shall there be no God/elohim formed after me. (Isa 43:10)

I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God/elohim. (Isa 44:6)
Is there a God/elohim beside me? yea, there is no God/elohim; I know not any (Isa 44:8.)
How can there be other actual elohim when God said more than once there is no elohim, I know not any? Your interpretation continues to contradict these passages. But if there were no actual elohim and God only said that some were elohim, as I contend, that does not contradict the above passages.
God was the one that told his sons they were elohim/gods, not me. God is speaking in Psalm 82, not David/me(dkh587).

I can only speak on what the law & prophets say. God says he is the only God, but then we also find out that he has sons that are elohim too (Psalm 82), but are under his authority & power, hence him giving them the nations. Deuteronomy 32:8

You’re getting hung up on a few verses that you’re not looking at through the context of the entire law & prophets.

(5) They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne, because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good.

Don’t forget to share the variance from the Septuagint in Psalm 96

For YHWH is great, and greatly to be praised: he is terrible above all elohim.

For all the elohim of the heathen are devils: but YHWH made the heavens.

Are devils made of wood and stone?

I quoted several verses you only quoted one vs. which you assume supports your position. You emphasize that God was speaking in Psa 82, one verse. Here are seven verses God speaking saying there is no other god. I have explained why your view is incorrect more than once. Go ahead and believe what you want to, I'm done discussing this.
Deu 4:35 Unto thee it was shewed, that thou mightest know that the LORD [יהוה] he is God; there is none else beside him.
Deu 4:39 Know therefore this day, and consider it in thine heart, that the LORD [יהוה] he is God in heaven above, and upon the earth beneath: there is none else.
Isa 43:10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, [יהוה] and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.
11 I, even I, am the LORD; [יהוה] and beside me there is no saviour.
Isa 44:6 Thus saith the LORD [יהוה] the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD [יהוה] of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.
Isa 44:8 Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and have declared it? ye are even my witnesses. Is there a God beside me? yea, there is no God; I know not any.
Isa 45:5 I am the LORD, [יהוה] and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:

6 That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, [יהוה] and there is none else.
Isa 45:21 Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the LORD? [יהוה] and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me.
22 Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.
Isa 46:9 Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,
Then we have these verses.
Ch 16:26 For all the gods of the people are idols: [אליל] but the LORD made the heavens.
Psa 96:5 For all the gods of the nations are idols: [אליל] but the LORD made the heavens.
Isa 2:8 Their land also is full of idols; [אליל] they worship the work of their own hands, that which their own fingers have made:

Desperately hanging on to a false teaching. Do you really think one verse somehow disproves all the verses I quoted?
The word translated "demons" in Greek is δαιμονια In the original Hebrew the word is אלילים/elilim

H457 אֱלִיל 'ĕlı̂yl el-eel'
Apparently from H408; good for nothing, by analogy vain or vanity; specifically an idol: - idol, no value, thing of nought
Not devils!

I already agreed with the scriptures you posted - the divine council does not negate the verses you keep quoting. In fact, the divine council actually lends more credence to those verses.

All praise to Yahweh El-Elyon. The only true Elohim. Shalom to you

This response is in the category of "I'm right and you're wrong! Am too! Nuh huh!" Nonsensical no matter how many times you praise Yahweh!

My understanding is that we see that God again is right when he states that the heathen gods are all idols. For this was the practice of their religions. God specifically forbade the Israelite's from making any idols because that was the practice of the heathens and was a sin. Remember the abhorrent Golden calf? Even Arron the High Priest sinned for trying to make an idol of the Lord! Exodus 32:4
We don’t worship with idols its sin and because as God stated he created the vast heavens and he is everywhere. Jesus furthered this by saying that WE are the Temple. Genesis 2:7, John 20:22 Not made by human hands. God is then mocking those idols when he states they have no eyes that can see or ears to hear nor can they speak or a nose that can smell. In the second video as Heiser points out all the other ancient heathen religions try to bring the “deity’s” down to their level so they can bargain and the Creator abhors this. But it’s late and I’m tired so I’m going to post two of Heisers videos regarding this. Have a blessed day. Maranatha

Correct. Im not even sure what this whole debate was about. Nobody here is denying there is only one true God certainly not me. I just discovered Heiser not too long ago and it really opened up my understanding of how things fit in. He has an entire collection of studies called the Naked Bible. Like one of the earlier posters stated he was not comfortable with the wording of Divine but rather Congregation and I would tend to agree. In the end its all just the interpretation of the wording used.

Doesn't he make the case that ancient Hebrews and Israelite religious scholars, their traditions or early Christians have all known his position as the mainstream of the day. There are many things that contemporary mainstream scholars of today differ in from their counterparts of long ago.
He quotes ancient 2nd temple period texts that shed some light about some theology floating around during that time span that is different from our own today. Religious people of that time period would of also been aware of those teachings, just like we can be aware of the numerous teachings floating around today.

I often wondered about ancient mythology and what the Bible described as the mighty men of old. Nimrod who built the tower of Babel is described as being a mighty hunter before the LORD. Heres a good discussion of this subject.
Here is something interesting about Nimrod. At the beginning point of Sumeria Kingship was given it's authority from Enlil. It was even called "Enlilship". That continued until one particular king called Ninurta. Enlil gave his authority to this king, who, after he died, became the source of authority for all future kings. So now any future king would ceremonially receive his power and authority from Ninurta. Many scholars believe Ninurta is Nimrod. And I think the major deity worship in the ANE refers to Ninurta because Ninurta parallels with Zeus, Marduk/Nabu. I guess what makes this interesting is that Jesus is tempted by satan, where he is offered authority over his own kingdom. Not that satan is Nimrod here, but that he parallels with Enlil who parallels with Dagon. And of course the idea of Nimrod/Ninurta being Enlils 'man on the earth' makes one wonder about the returning king in Revelation.

Is anybody reading my posts and the scripture I post? Some folks are arguing that there is a council of elohim, somewhere, heaven I guess. My argument is that there are and never have been any actual gods/elohim beside YHWH with godlike powers. See the passages below. How many times does YHWH say "There is no elohim. There was no elohim before me, there is no elohim beside me there will be no elohim after me. Is there any elohim, I know not any. In the true context of Lord Jesus Christ: ‘gods’ -to whom the word of God came—and the scripture cannot be broken. -John 10:35.

To those the word of GOD came were called gods and the scripture cannot be broken.
Its not a very wise council.(Assembly) - not someone I would follow and since they cant even save their own lives I wouldn't look for them to save mine. Not Gods in any way. Since God forms our spirits we are all His offspring.

The ‘gods’ know nothing, they understand nothing.
They walk about in darkness;
all the foundations of the earth are shaken.
6“I said, ‘You are “gods”;
you are all sons of the Most High.’
7But you will die like mere mortals;
you will fall like every other ruler.”

My argument is that there are and never have been any actual gods/elohim beside YHWH with godlike powers. See the passages below. How many times does YHWH say "There is no elohim. There was no elohim before me, there is no elohim beside me there will be no elohim after me. Is there any elohim, I know not any. Unless I have indicated otherwise "god" in these passages translate the Hebrew word, "elohim"

I've been reading every post. I'm not good at Hebrew, so I can't offer much (except to regurgitate what Heiser says in his books). What has struck me through the "debate" is the fact that no one has defined (with the initial exception) what "divine" means. I don't think anyone here thinks this divine council are on a par with Yahweh. The "gods" in the council are created beings like the angels. They just seem to have extra duties, which they've obviously messed up on. In some of Heiser's other books he even takes the theme to the New Testament, and it makes sense there, too.

No, there are not other Yahweh-like deities, but yes, I believe there is a council that Yahweh has delegated things too. (It was eye opening to me to consider that Yahweh may have been talking with the council in Gen. 1:26. I had always thought it was the Trinity.)

Why is there even any question that some sort of heavenly council exists? We can see one right there in Revelation with the 24 elders surrounding the throne.
The 24 elders are usually thought to be humans, or at least representing humans. And humans were obviously created after the angels and council.

Other than Psalm 82 there is no direct evidence of a council, somewhere, heaven I assume. There is certainly nobody, nothing advising God on anything. Based on the many scripture I have posted I believe there are not and never have been any actual elohim, with godlike powers.
I am God, and there is none else. (Deu 4:35)
Thus saith the LORD [יהוה] Before me there was no God, formed, neither shall there be [no God formed] after me. (Isa 43:10)

I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God. (Isa 44:6)
Is there a God beside me? yea, there is no God; I know not any (Isa 44:8.)
