This is the main reason I am here; but there are others, how about you?

This is the biggest reason I am here; but there are others

Why are you here-?

I have a personal attachment to the Old Testament and the verses contained therein. This includes the verses where the Lord talked directly to the Israelite people. In this one-way discussion the Lord laid out directives for them to follow and the blessing they would get if they followed His suggestions. I took these directives and compared them to historical events and found them wanting. Personally, I would like to see the Israeli people change their ways by embracing the stranger (Palestinian) and treat them as one of their own just as the Lord instructed them to do. I truly believe this “example” would create a wave of peace across the middle east.

Do you agree that this act could bring about peace the the middle east?

If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all. ~Romans 12:18

You are putting all the burden on one side to have peace. The Palestinians do not want peace. They want to have what Israel has. They want Jerusalem and they want war if they don't get it.

Well; I am here because it is another avenue for me to pray for and help others, I enjoy helping others find the hope and joy that is available to them through Jesus Christ and then the ones who are already Christians often need prayer when they are spiritually attacked. It is a ministry of love and we are all loving on people who need help and correcting when they need correcting.
It honestly has become another ministry to me and is as important to me as preaching our church Sundays and visiting the jails and nursing homes through the week.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, and that we may live in peace,
but don't dare try what you are suggesting - I think it is (or) would be a disaster totally contrary to what Yahweh says is happening and what has happened and what will happen.

The "peace, peace..." now or in the future is a completely deceptive and evil motivated peace , if it happens, and either way - the peace or the unrest won't be resolved until Jesus Returns.

I long for peace in the Holy Land as much as almost anyone here. However, under current circumstances, peace is apparently next to impossible. Maybe in another generation or two, perhaps attitudes will change enough by then so that both sides will be courageous enough to take the necessary steps for a lasting peace? We can only hope....

I heard a rummer that NASA detected a hugh astroid circling around the sun in an eliptical path. Computer analises of its future path indicates that it will intersect with earth in three years. Further high-tec computer analises of the point of impact will be somewhere near Tel Aviv. It will be during the night when it arrives.

I believe that Israeli astronomers were informed and that is why all of Israels government offices are leaving tel Aviv and moving to Jerusalem.

Or so I am told

Does this concern me?

Not in the least

from dust they came to dust they will return

Is this why you have your head in the sand? Just kidding.

The first step for any healing to take place is that the political leaders of Palestine RENOUNCE their commitment to literally obliterate Israel, and arrest all those who are inciting terrorism against Israel and imprison them. Chances are that this will not happen, but you could write a letter to the Palestinian National Authority. Hamas and Fatah themselves are at loggerheads.

Peace in the Middle East? Whoa. We all want peace in the Middle East. However. Not easy. Not fast.

Ask yourself, "Who are the Palestinians?" If you look at history, then they are mostly Jordanians. They are also Zionists who returned and became known as Palestinian Jews. Then, we have the unidentified Palestinian Christians who I think are Arab converts. They state that God promised the land to the Jews.
