Pray for people with depression/hopelessness.

Pray that God sends laborers to befriend those who would otherwise commit suicide, and to show them the love and hope in Christ.

This prayed daily for years and passed down to the generations would probably result in heavy evangelism.

I believe people should be more consistent and proactive in anything they pray, not just this.

When you are in suicidal desperation it would be impossible to ask help from the church no matter how hard you cry. The church sees so many people in desperation, just pretending blind and deaf.

People in this nation go to Tzu Chi foundation for help, they open their door 1x24 hours a day. Their volunteers consist of different religions, working for humanity unpaid.

Horrible homeless, sick and poor and hungry people are helped by the money came from society donators, not from churches.
I say you will be crying if you ever see those poor people living in horrible condition, the church never visits them or invite them to their lunch table, heartless.

The Tzu Chi Foundation build many apartments to help the poor labour/people, at the fee of USD.6 / MONTH, The church is infertile.

Father, there are countless testimonies of depressed, suicidal people that have then heard the gospel and of Your love for them, been touched by Your spirit, and have surrendered their lives to living in faith in Christ as Savior and Lord, becoming joyous in all that You have done for them. Psalms 30:11 was written thousands of years ago, and yet through those centuries has become true to millions of people. It is not the "bad news" that we preach (save that all have sinned, and the penalty of sin is death), but the "good news", that we can have abundant life in Christ (John 10:10), eternal life as a gift from God through Christ (Romans 6:23). May Christians spread the true and good news, and not allow the adversary (of the world, the flesh, and the devil) to deceive people with lies and spiritual darkness. With all the bad news in the world that the secular medias always persist in focusing on, may Christians rise to the challenge of standing and shining as beacons of hope, allowing the light of Christ to shine, Philippians 2:13-16. Amen.
