That's not clearly delineated in the NT, though.

Women are capable of fulfilling any church office from bottom to top.
Bishop, Overseer, Shepherd, Pastors, Presbyters and Elders, are the exact same thing. Each of those words describe an aspect of their job to "lead the sheep". 1 Timothy 3:1-7 gives us the qualifications of how one can become a Bishop. Yes, many "churches" have allowed people in who does not meet the qualifications and have changed definitions to allow those in.Not precisely. In the NT there is not a clear distinction between bishops (overseers) and priests (elders).
If that be the Lord's will, so be it.says you! However, the Holy Bible, the Ultimate Authority on ALL matters, disagrees with you.
"Let a woman learn quietly with all submissiveness. I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet. For Adam was formed first, then Eve; and Adam was not deceived, but the woman was deceived and became a transgressor" (1 Timothy 2:11-14)
Very clear instructions from the Lord, for those who will listen to them. A woman CANNOT be the Pastor/Teacher in any Church that is built on the Holy Bible, as the Ultimate Authority.
So when St. Paul argued that he truly was an apostle, he lost your confidence?anyone so concerned about silly titles is no leader of mine.
Being under a church is like a disclaimer?
I was referring to the building and being under a church issue.

Does them being under a church building and authority disclaim it from it being a church and them being a pastor?
