At the time I was filled with care and love for all...but daily life and news chips away at that and I get bitter and my misanthropic personality comes out.

I have no clue how you all do this. I am a defender and I can't watch people get hurt in front of me. I have to step in. Every fiber of what makes me who I am won't allow me to not get involved.

I want to add a statement for you all and to you all. I don't want to start a new thread either.

I noticed just now. This is the first time I felt like I can drop my guard and talk about God. I have always had my guard up all other times.

Do you realize how relieving this feels!?!?? I haven't felt this way at all till now.

I completely understand and also thought the same way feeling pity for him. Evidently God has foreseen that he will not repent. I do wish that he would and turn back to God.

It is healthy to track down unknown persons and bring charges.
Scripture says that Governments are built by God, so following
the law is what God requires.

We can't have innocent people named in such crimes, and following
your goal of (castration?) it would be sad for the nonguilty, and
their spouses. Study law enforcement as an outlet for frustration.

You misunderstand. I don't want to castrate them. I want to destroy them. The harm of infants and children is so terrible to me, its at the top of my list of evils in this world I want to stop.

I have contemplated this a lot. That God doesn't want me to destroy them, because that means I take away any chance of them turning back to God. That is where I would be messing up comes to mind.

What about that baby? What about that teen? What about those who are having their organs harvested and left for dead on the tables? What about those sold into sex slavery and then tortured or killed?

There are a few groups I know of I can support who go after those evil people. I support a special group locally here. MC outlaws who's motto "Protectors of Children" and have several CPS members to and marines in it.

I have been thinking a lot about God lately on this matter. So much has come to mind. Though my mind is all over the place (INTJ BRAIN)...trust me I have thought of many variations of things going on and how I should deal with it.

Amen friend I used to be timid about it but my confidence slowly grew. I’m actually haunted by something that happened about 2 months ago. I was driving on the freeway and a man jumped off an overpass in front of an 18 wheeler in front of me. He wasn’t hit by the truck but bashed his head really bad on the pavement. I was one of the first responders. I called 911 and waited for the EMTs to arrive. The man was unconscious but he was breathing. I was too scared to tell him that if he can hear my voice he needs to accept Jesus as his Savior. I don’t know if he would’ve heard me or not but the man died a few minutes later and I was so disappointed in myself beyond words. The thing that scares me is what if God says to me you were his last chance to be saved and you failed because you were scared of what people might say. That experience really opened my eyes and strengthened my determination to proclaim God’s word openly and boldly. I just pray that man was saved.

The major problem in enforcing justice, is culpability. If they have been deceived to believe that they are acting with good conscience, then it is unfair to condemn them without educating and offering an opportunity to repent. This is where Christians are failing God, because they keep taking His name in vain, not loving the truth but delighting in wickedness (beware, no temptation has overcome a man except that which is common to man - James 4:1-3).

I am so very sorry that moment haunts you. I know how you feel. I was a firefighter medic. I am sure god knows in your heart what was happening and he is such a loving god that he understands.

First how can you say you have such hatred against pedophiles and want to destroy them and yet you want to pray for the salvation of the one who causes all these things. The devil and his demons are the ones that incite people to do such evil. And you want to pray good things for the one who is behind all evil. Maybe you should rethink that.

The devil and all fallen angels cannot ever get saved. They openly, in the face of perfect love wanted to murder their creator. They want to do all the evil on the planet before a perfect loving God, they want to do nothing but kill steal and destroy. Its can be a hard concept because you are reasoning from the perspective of imperfection. But you need to see things from an atmosphere of perfection.

Try to imagine the most perfect parents possible, who do nothing but love their children without measure. For the most part they are as close to perfect as anyone could be. Say they have big family of 12 kids and four of them decided to rape their little 5 year old sister and do it right in front of their parents without any regret. And you want to give salvation to these kind of creatures.

So you have hatred issues against pedophiles but that is not what the Bible says. We are suppose to walk in forgiveness, that includes pedophiles. Your perspective is off.

Do you really want to get over this hatred. Then get a copy of all pedophiles in your local area, the ones on the sex registery and pray and pray that God blesses them and opens their eyes to see their evil and their need for a savior. Pray and pray for them all to get saved.

Also, forgive them and wish good to come to their life. Not anything that would aid them in doing evil, but that God would bless their life with finances and things they need in life for the goodness of God leads to repentance.

Focus on forgiveness, love and them getting saved.

In case some may think I am just being self righteous and don't know what I am talking about, I have been violated in the past as a child and if anyone has a right to be full of hate against such, it should be me. But I rather see and choose, forgiveness and praying for my enemies.

If you study the teachings of Jesus, you might find his "Sermon on the Mount." Jesus warned that murder is wrong (Matthew 5:21). It is also in the ten commandments, "You shall not kill. (Exodus 20)"

Jesus also warned people about punishing others:
Matthew 7 (WEB) 1 "Don't judge, so that you won't be judged. 2 For with whatever judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you."

If you can confront and correct a pedophile without violence, you may be doing good.

If you kill a pedophile and it is ruled to be first degree murder, you might get a life sentence or the death penalty in some states. Twenty years to life in another state; 40 years if a firearm was used.

One web site indicates a child molester spends an average of 60 months in prison. Another web site indicates child molesters receive 25 year prison terms.

It costs less to send a person to college for a year than to keep him/her for a year in a California prison.

You can at least bust them.

There are people who play a child on the net and hunt these people down. You'd have to look into it more to see if it's doable for you, but at least that might help to curb your appetite for blood. The main thing after all, is to get them off the street if they haven't been busted and are watched already.

There's a documentary abut a guy who does that on netflix, don't recall the name of it though.

OP, I really feel to offer a few more words to you, because of where this thread is leading your mind. You have to be seeing that there is war and revolt among the angels .. some have opposed God, which they can not be right to do.

But we are human, and we are born into this mess that has already been made a mess, God's justice is on our side to that extent, because there is an opportunity for new life through baptism - the covenant in Christ Jesus (1 Peter 3:21).

But there is very few who go the narrow way, many take the broad road leading to destruction. If the spirit in a person is not holy, then it is demonic (James 3:14-18). The only way a person has holy spirit is to be free from sin .. that means they must cling to the truth (1 John 1:5-7).

St. Paul warned us that many would follow teachings of demons, having their conscience seared by a hot iron (1 Timothy 4:1). Their glory is in their shame, and their fruits are of the flesh.

It is good that you have ditched the Television for this reason (1 Corinthians 10:21, "The TV is the Satanic family's altar"). Just keep in mind that when a person becomes corrupted by having sacrificed at the altar, the spirit that is in them is not sanctified (Isaiah 33:15, Proverbs 4:23). They have become of a disposition that is not love (Matthew 24:12) and has to lie to hide from the truth of that light.

I have just felt to add this because the culture that studies and believes non-canonical texts to be God-inspired is a demonic culture. I have not yet found a person speaking on the topic that is exhibiting The Holy Spirit of God (aka Messiah), but it is always an angelic spirit that is speaking in them. Sometimes that spirit is speaking toward Messiah, but I have never actually seen Messiah speaking to support the content of those writings.
