Psalm 16:11 You will show me the path of life;
In Your presence is fullness of joy;
At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

The phrase 'In Your presence ' is fullness of joy; stands out to me.

Precious.

How joyful that must be....we haven't reached that "fullness" of joy yet.

I wonder if, in all that fullness of joy, part of it is that we see and hear God actual rejoicing over us with singing?

i was reading Proverbs 11 this morning, and i saw this picture verse, and it just hit me why it's so crucial to pray for our communities, our cities, our states, our countries, and even the world.

In praying for each, we are "blessing" each one, and as we pray to bless others (countries included, etc.) God blesses "us", and the blessings and favor that He pours out on us, "spills" over onto our households, our communities, our cities, our states, our countries, and even the world.

Praise God!!!!

I absolutely love this verse.
It shows complete fulfilment is found only in Him.
I believe the NT version of this would be John 10:10.
Jesus came to give us life and to give it abundantly.

John 19:26 When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son!
John 20:2 Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.
John 21:7 Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter, It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt his fisher's coat unto him, (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea.
John 21:20 Then Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple whom Jesus loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said, Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee?

See yourself as the disciple Jesus loved.

Psalms 22:26 The poor will eat and be satisfied;
those who seek the Lord will praise him—
may your hearts live forever!
This is possible, that is us living forever, eating and being satisfied all because of what happens in the first few verses of this chapter.
This comment may sound strange to most and completely obvious.
Psalm 23 follows Psalm 22.
Isaiah 54 follows Isaiah 53.
Glory follows tribulation.
Resurrection follows crucifixion.

I can relate to Davids words. I feel like a combination of David and Paul, Paul being the biggest sinner. It really depresses me at times. There is a yearning within me for my journey to end, and end in victory in Christ who is the savior of the world.

Psalms 25:7 Do not remember the sins of my youth
and my rebellious ways;
according to your love remember me,
for you, Lord, are good.

1 Timothy 1:15 It is a trustworthy statement, deserving full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, among whom I am foremost of all.

Lamentations 3:19 I remember my affliction and my wandering,
the bitterness and the gall.
20 I well remember them,
and my soul is downcast within me.
21 Yet this I call to mind
and therefore I have hope:

22 Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed,
for his compassions never fail.

:heart: Amen, i can relate. I'm thankful that God raises beauty from ashes, in the most unlikeliest of ways, and that HE is in charge and i am not. His inexplicable timing and sovereignty is something i will be forever thankful for, because His sovereignty reigned instead of what i thought should've happened. Thank GOD He over-rode my limited perspective.

I'm THANKFUL that you are HERE, brother. God has a REASON for that. Praise Him that HE is BIGGER than either of us, and ALL of us.

Keep shining my friend. You bless waaaay more dear souls than you may realize.

Keep on keepin' on. (((hug)))
