Looking for so much and yet so little comes your way. Your teachers are blind and know nothing about righteousness, and they rejoice in their nakedness before the Almighty Lord. Your faith and righteousness is empowered by the delusion that has filled the whole world. Your garments are spotted with your flesh and you rejoice in the imaginations of your heart that Yahweh is pleased to give you an easy out with sin. Your worry free now that you are removed from your responsibilities with sin. Your flawed but forgiven. Yahshua is your scapegoat for an excuse to deal with your sins. Really no different than the Jews who placed their animal sacrifices in their stead to take their punishment. They avoided the reality then, just as today's so called Christians admit that Christ was punished in their place. What an imagination that a just God would punish and kill His son so that sinners would think they have an imputed righteousness. That delusion is very strong. It's sounds like a really good deal!
Live in sin and "high on the hog" while the righteous suffer and die for the sake of doing Yahweh's will.

Has it ever come to mind that Satan is a master of deception and He flourishes among those who follow after their flesh? The God of carnal man is Satan, and He loves the doctrine of the substitutional sacrifice of Yahshua, because it removes men's hearts from the responsibility of sin. Therefore sin on and rejoice, for Yahweh has given you an easy out, so slack on.

I have posted good wisdom but your eyes are waxed over with the world and it's teachings. Ignorance is bliss but it is going to have a rude awakening!

Two good scriptures for any who hear.

Isa 29:13 Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:

Isa 28:8 For all tables are full of vomit and filthiness, so that there is no place clean.

There was a clean place set up at one time:

Joh 15:3 Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.

Forgiveness of sins will eventually dry up and sin and ignorance will be dissolved.

Some good verses quoted there; what is good to do also is to experience the true cleansing of which John's First Epistle speaks, linked with faith in the blood of Christ and walking in the light.

A lot of what you brought up is implying the Catholic doctrine of justification by faith & works, working together. You brought up that God is forgiving, but we still need to do good works. Essentially, you're putting in different words what the Church has taught for 2,000 years, but all too often forgotten by today's feel-good view of Christianity, where Jesus just loves us so much we're all set, heaven is sealed, kick back & enjoy.
A good reminder of our Christian duty, thanks for sharing.

What does "faith in the blood" mean to you? What is "the light" to you?

Have a nice day neighbour as you go on in your destructive delusion. Burn on brother.

Oh....I didn't write the rules.

"Treat others as you would like for them to treat you first."

Mark 12:31
The second is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”

“But I say to you who hear, Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you,

Proverbs 21:1-31
The king's heart is a stream of water in the hand of the Lord; he turns it wherever he will. Every way of a man is right in his own eyes, but the Lord weighs the heart. To do righteousness and justice is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice. Haughty eyes and a proud heart, the lamp of the wicked, are sin. The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance, but everyone who is hasty comes only to poverty. ...

Mark 12:30

Yes, of course.

Are we talking about boy scout good works or turning unbelievers into believers? Is this not the work of God:

Joh 6:29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.

John 16:7 "Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send Him unto you. 8 And when He is come, He will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: 9 Of sin, because they believe not on Me; 10 Of righteousness, because I go to My Father, and ye see Me no more; 11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged."

In sacrifices of burnt offerings I believe the Head is offered first. Christ preceded the offering and set up for the body to follow:

Joh 14:1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
Joh 14:2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
Joh 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
Joh 14:4 And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.

It was expedient for Christ to precede the offering and set up the path of righteousness to receive the blessing and leave behind for those of His to follow HIS righteousness:

Psa 24:5 He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
Psa 24:6 This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah.
Psa 24:7 Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.

What blessing? The blessing of the seed of Abraham! Look up and lift up your head. Listen up.

Gen 22:17 That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies;
Gen 22:18 And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.

Christ received the blessing of Abraham and this (His) righteousness was left behind for those of His to follow. ( I'm revealing to you a mystery, if you have ears to hear, then hear.) This blessing would be left behind in the form of the goodness offering presented in the daily sacrifice:

Joe 2:14 Who knoweth if he will return and repent, and leave a blessing behind him; even a meat offering and a drink offering unto the LORD your God?

These offerings are spiritual and represent the riches of God's goodness. These things are the substance of the Spirit and things that make for righteousness and peace: What is left behind is so for those to follow.

Rom 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
Rom 14:18 For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men.
Rom 14:19 Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.

And of course, the body of Christ follows that which was left behind of the Head.

Paul, though, in Romans warned the people to continue in God's goodness or they would be cut off!

Rom 11:22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.

Perhaps Paul was quite knowledgeable of this prophecy:

Joe 1:7 He hath laid my vine waste, and barked my fig tree: he hath made it clean bare, and cast it away; the branches thereof are made white.
Joe 1:8 Lament like a virgin girded with sackcloth for the husband of her youth.
Joe 1:9 The meat offering and the drink offering is cut off from the house of the LORD; the priests, the LORD'S ministers, mourn.
Joe 1:10 The field is wasted, the land mourneth; for the corn is wasted: the new wine is dried up, the oil languisheth.

Before I go any further I have to know if you are following this?

Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith unto Me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of My Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Thy name? and in Thy name have cast out devils? and in Thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from Me, ye that work iniquity."

Revelation 3:17 "Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: 18 I counsel thee to buy of Me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and [that] the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see."

Colossians is a great place to see this, and that is that Christ as the head of the body was to be "burned first" (suffer) in order of the parts of the burnt offering used in the daily sacrifice. The whole body is to be burned(suffer) in its order. Doing the WILL of God is the offering:

1Pe 4:19 Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.

Doing the will of God was manifested to those who "took hold of the head" which is Christ:

Col 2:19 And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.

If we are holding the head which is Christ, we shall suffer with Him, and if we suffer with Him we shall be partakers of the consolation, which is the spiritual goodness hidden in the grain and drink offering. And this substance makes for the consolation:

2Co 1:3 Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;
2Co 1:4 Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.
2Co 1:5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.
2Co 1:6 And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.
2Co 1:7 And our hope of you is stedfast, knowing, that as ye are partakers of the sufferings, so shall ye be also of the consolation.

These sufferings came about because of the execution of judgment that Christ was performing in Spirit to manifest the truth, of which satan was going to stomp out:

2Th 1:4 So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure:
2Th 1:5 Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer:

Those sufferings ended long ago because satan stomped out the light:

Mat 24:29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

Near the end this judgment light shall return:

Rev 14:6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
Rev 14:7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

THE HEAD
If we believe the TRUTH in CHRIST, and we take hold (lean on) him, the Head, we are partakers of the hope which is our trust. The word used in the OT for this act is the same word used here in this verse:

Isa 36:6 Lo, thou trustest in the staff of this broken reed, on Egypt; whereon if a man lean(5564 in the Strongs), it will go into his hand, and pierce it: so is Pharaoh king of Egypt to all that trust in him.

Christ our trust and hope and hope is gladness:

Pro 10:28 The hope of the righteous shall be gladness: but the expectation of the wicked shall perish.

The same word, lean (5564) is used here in Leviticus:

Lev 1:4 And he shall put(5564) his hand upon the head of the burnt offering; and it shall be accepted for him to make atonement for him.

This atonement or cleansing is promoted unto those whose hope is in the Head or that is Christ:

1Jn 3:3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

Isa 51:11 Therefore the redeemed of the LORD shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.

Psa 27:6 And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD.

Heb 6:18 That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:
Heb 6:19 Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;

Therefore Yahshua received the blessing of the grain and drink offering to leave for the instruction of righteousness to those who would take hold and follow for instruction comes from the Head:

Pro 10:6 Blessings are upon the head of the just: but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked.

Psa 71:5 For thou art my hope, O Lord GOD: thou art my trust from my youth.
Psa 71:6 By thee have I been holden up(5564) from the womb: thou art he that took me out of my mother's bowels: my praise shall be continually of thee.
