You know my friend the scripture have only been shared with you in love to help you.

Really, it is loving to demand of others what you do not demand of yourself?
It is loving not to practice what you preach?

Why is that loving? Jesus called it hypocrisy, by those who loved the praise of men rather than seeking praise from God

Does the general conference still send out colporteurs door to door. I think my day would have been one sometime between WW1 and WW2. He was born in 1904.
Yes, there are still colporteurs, in regular [conf.] and irregular [self-supporting missionary work] lines.

There is also a youth section, called 'Youth Rush', which is part of the regular lines.

I personally like Vance Ferrel's colporteuring ministry, Harvest time Books - Harvest Time Books - Harvest Time Books

Most of his materials are really good price, for case loads, and many of them are online in PDF for free.

There is also Home Health Services, and others - Everlasting Gospel Outreach Ministries

I also like PTH [Preaching, Teaching, Healing] with Dwayne Lemon - pthministries

Also MOL Ministry [Messengers Of Light] with Jeremiah Davis - Messengers of Light Ministry

I serve/d with a self-supporting ministry, Samoan, trying to get a very poor neighbourhood some help, with medical, book material, health, and so on. Presently, the local congregation is in their third year running, and have a summer program for the children that have no funds, to go anywhere during the summer and they come and learn about Jesus, Creation, science, get to work with their hands, bring in tradesmen, etc, fire. Dept. and so on.

Thanks! I see skirts are still below the knee!
Yeah, but they need to be to the ankle. See Revelation 1:13, and there ain't no one more modest than Jesus. See also the Sanctuary, the outer curtains covered from the top to the base [ankle area], you might also like - The Out of the Cities message and lifestyle & Country Living & Everlasting Gospel

:)

Got a lot more to preach, sistah! but I preach it "plain" - Mark 7:35, for first God opens our ears to Hear his voice, then our tongues that we may speak not our own words, but His, and then to speak it plain. Your vocal chords and throat are stringed instrument and a wind instrument, to be plucked and moved upon at the heart by the Holy Ghost/Spirit.

No doubt. Part of the health reform, in the circulatory, etc. Keeps from chills and illnesses [evenly clad]. Most don't understand the dress reform, or its purpose with the Everlasting Gospel. Need a few more chaste women around to keep the youngers [1 Peter 5:5 KJB] in line. :)

Feel free to PM me any time. We can talk about anything you'd like, even dress in the Bible. Got some good stuff for ya.

Do you buy any Worthington Foods/Loma Linda Choplets of Skallops? I love them, though I can make my own. I've got a good recipe. But do you remember one of their products that was in a can and it was like a nut paste that you could slice and grill? I can't remember the name and I can't find it.

Hmmm, sorry I don't know them that well. I do not personally eat mock pork, shellfish, things that look like, smell like, taste like, the unclean categories, etc. It would violate my own conscience, and the Bible has some things to say about the 'deceitful meat' [Proverbs 23:3 KJB], though I understand the middle road some take in regards those things, as the Holy Ghost works with them to get them off of the real flesh.

I came into the Seventh-day Adventist faith about 10 years ago and not through the main channels, and so I was not really into those specific analogs, though I do like a good tofu stirfry. The analogs are useful for some trying to break the habit of flesh eating, but they're real salty. God delivered me from a great darkness, and the things I used to eat/drink included.

I will tell you one thing about my past, and the deliverence by Jesus Christ. I called upon His name one night under conviction of the Holy Ghost, and His presence was with me in that room that night. Still remember it, but there was still a mighty struggle ... death throes.

I used to have finger nails cut to razor edges, and I could literally cut metal with them [God knows], and that is nothing of the darkness He has delivered me from. I cannot speak of the other things, for it is for no man's ears but Jesus' alone. But it is darkness, very darkness, though now I have the Light the very Light.

So I apologize, I could not help you out there, though there are other things I could recommend, cooking wise if you would like.

They are mock clean meats. They are made out of soy or wheat and are Kosher.

I understand, I really do and the science and the intention of them, but they don't sit well with my own conscience, and those things won't be in Heaven anyway, so I personally don't mess with 'em, as in my mind, it is more of "avoid the appearance of evil" if you understand where I am coming from. For me personally, it would draw me back the other way, rather than towards the goal. I don't make it a rule for others.

Anyways. The offer to PM me is open.

Don't want to make a brother LoveGod'sWord regret having in his thread.

Sorry LoveGod'sWord!

Night, sister.

I showed you that Jesus is Israel.
No Jesus isn't Israel. Your reference to 1 Timothy 2:5 doesn't even come close to proof. You might be better with 1 Corinthians 15:45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

47 The first man is of the earth, earthy; the second man is the Lord from heaven.

This passage says Jesus is from heaven not Israel. It' true that Jesus is a descendant of Israel. Jesus isn't Israel, plain and simple.

Hi Marco, all I see is your words over God's WORD again.

Did you wish to reply to the earlier post with all the scripture in it that disagrees with your teaching that you can continue in KNOWN UNREPENTANT SIN and still be in a saved state before God?

God's WORD disagrees with you; linked CLICK ME

I see you have just ignored the post and the scriptures in it that disagree with your interpretation of the scriptures. If you cannot reply, like I do with your posts, it only shows your in error.

Let me know when you have some scripture to share. :)
The man beautifully describes Paul's word and you reply as an ungrat. No wonder Paul wrote: 2Cor3:
Even today when the proclamations of that old, bankrupt government are read out, they can’t see through it. Only Christ can get rid of the veil so they can see for themselves that there’s nothing there.

16-18 Whenever, though, they turn to face God as Moses did, God removes the veil and there they are—face-to-face! They suddenly recognize that God is a living, personal presence, not a piece of chiseled stone. And when God is personally present, a living Spirit, that old, constricting legislation is recognized as obsolete. We’re free of it! All of us! Nothing between us and God, our faces shining with the brightness of his face. And so we are transfigured much like the Messiah, our lives gradually becoming brighter and more beautiful as God enters our lives and we become like him.

Indeed. "His covenant" or "My covenant" is the eternal covenant. It is not the 'old covenant', "All that the Lord hath said we will do". You simply read that into the text, eisegetically and apriorily. I demonstrated the difference between the two, on several occasions now.
Jeremiah make the case and solid foundation to use the word "old" in reference to the covenant issued at Sinai to Israel. If you have a first and a newer second, indeed the first is old. Hebrews 10 says first and second. It also says the first is replaced. You can say the ten commandments aren't the covenant all you like. It only proves you don't believe Moses either.

No, the same Law of God is now written in a differing location. Same Law, different ministration.

You are probably thinking of :

Hebrews 7:11 KJB - If therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood, (for under it the people received the law,) what further need was there that another priest should rise after the order of Melchisedec, and not be called after the order of Aaron?

Read carefully. What "law" is that referring to? Can you show me a single Levitical priest in Exodus 19-20?
Your quoted verse has nothing to do with your statement above it. Jeremiah won't support that statement either.

Indeed. You have not presented scripture to correctly divide the WORD of truth. Only God's WORD is true and we should BELIEVE and FOLLOW it over the teachings and traditions of men that break the commandments of God.
LoveGodsWord isn't true. I realize that is technically not what you said and it goes right over you head. You teach what are now the traditions of man and not the law of God. The law of God isn't referred to as the law issued to Israel at Sinai. See Genesis 26:5 and Deuteronomy 5:3.

Should read; will accept nothing but agreement to the WORD OF GOD. I see you have not presented anything but your own words.
Please don't try to put words in my mouth. You don't speak for me. You won't acknowledge and address any Scripture from me.

Not at all you have not presented anything you shownig I am in error and presented no scriptures to support your teaching. This only shows your error.
Nothing but another dodge. You're the one who presented the word "new," not me.
