God hates this kind of behaviour. Those practising it will be punished in Hell.

Nope, why is not GOD INSTANTLY PUNISHING? a child is already gone
This life is a test for people. We have capabilities to prevent the evil if people want to but we choose not to. It's not God that is to blame but the men who do it and who don't do anything to prevent it

This is a good question, and a hard one to answer.
Basically, we have free will, God desires us to accept His offer of salvation from our fallen, sinful state, but He does not force us to do so.

I would also add that we as individuals have a capacity to obey our consciences, or not. When we do evil, often, we'll feel a twinge of guilt, anxiety, or self-conscious nervousness, which we should listen to, but often don't.

God allows us to go our own way, and in His mercy, wisdom, and respect for our free will, reserves judgement for the Last Day.

Because we are entitled to free will, and as a fallen, broken and sinful generation there are many who will use free will for evil purposes.

Isaiah 597
"Their feet rush into sin; they are swift to shed innocent blood. They pursue evil schemes; acts of violence mark their ways."

God is patient with His wrath, that all may come to repentance and believe in Jesus Christ so that they may be saved.

"The Lord is slow to anger and great in power;
the Lord will not leave the guilty unpunished." (Nah. 1:3)

So we see that He is slow to anger but He will NOT leave the guilty unpunished if they don't repent and turn away from their sin.

God compensates both good and evil. Who said the child is worse of now? Dont you think God took that soul to him and where He is theres no more tears.

We see only half the picture, God sees the whole.
Lets trust in his justice.

Many people said God was cruel, He commanded the people of Jericho to be killed, old and young even children, but He has the reason because they were conceited arrogant and they didn't repent and refused to be kind or
make friend until their time is due for punishment, no more mercy, God Will not let Sins unpunished

My heartfelt love and prayers go out to you Kirthika. May God and your community help you in your search for answers to this most difficult question. And may God cherish and comfort the children who have suffered.

God will bring the justice that we all seek when Jesus returns. And there will be no more death, no more sorrow, and no more pain.

So, why doesn't Jesus return now? Why have we had to wait for almost 2,000 years now? Because if Jesus returned sooner than the Father wants him to, You never would have been born, you never would have been saved, and you would never have been able to be with him in Paradise for all Eternity. God knows all of the people who will come to him for salvation and he's waiting for them all to be born and to come to him before he gives us the Justice that we all crave.

This life is a test for people. We have capabilities to prevent the evil if people want to but we choose not to. It's not God that is to blame but the men who do it and who don't do anything to prevent it

Also this point.

Sometimes I think a better question to ask ourselves is, "Why doesn't God destroy me? If we're honest, we all have fallen short of the glory of God according to Romans 3. None of us deserve Gods mercy, but yet he is patient with all of us. Thankfully, for those in Christ Jesus, there is no more wrath over our heads. However, let us not get cocky, for even though we have freely received mercy from God from all of our sins based on grace through faith, it is nothing that we can boast about in ourselves. I believe that judging others and wishing Gods wrath on others is wrong. David expressed his pain from his enemies in the Psalms, but I don't believe that he had the right to call down Gods wrath upon his enemies despite his pain because he deserves Gods wrath too, yet he expressed his honesty with God. We can learn a lot from the Psalmists.

So, OP, you too are frustrated with the wickedness that you see, but pray that God will give you patience and compassion for your enemies, instead of wishing them misfortune and harm.

God has forgiven you, so you must forgive others.

Colossians 3:13 (NLT) says:

Make allowance for each other's faults, and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others.

Ephesians 4:32 (ESV) says:

Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.

God is not silent, He is speaking, it’s just mankind isn’t listening.

To the issue of why God allows evil:

He has given dominion of this world to man. So whatever man bring forth, whether it be good or bad, that will be manifested, including all of the consequences. Whether they be good or bad. Including when one persons sins against another. If the consequences is someone loses a arm or leg or even a life, the consequences will be manifested. For man man has been given the rule here on earth. That is why man was told to “choose the good”. Man, for a time, rules. Praying the time is shortened.

Much love in Christ, Not me

He seems silent to us now, but God will bring His justice upon wicked men, in His time, in His way. Life is broken and so messed up. Just remember how our own salvation was purchased-everything about it was wrong! God's Son became a servant, was unjustly convicted, executed as criminal. God...died... This event makes no sense. Why would Jesus give up his all for a wretch like me? Where is justice? There is no justice, but God's forgiveness for us. Unbelievable love! Jesus' resurrection reminds us that this world will not remain this way forever. He will return to make every wrong, right. He will punished the wicked. He will reward the faithful. He will rule with justice and righteousness. Until that day, we are to fight evil and sin that surround us, stand up to protect and defend the vulnerable in our community. We are to be salt and light here until the glory of God is our light in the new heaven and new earth!

"But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years and a thousand years are like a day. The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise,as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything done in it will be laid bare." (2 Pe 3:8-10, NIV)

Kirthika, why did God not instantly punish the Germans for murdering 6 million Jews during World WarII?
Your question is raised by larger philosophical question of the problem of unfair suffering caused by other people, Satan, and the forces and laws of Nature (Typhoons, earthquakes, etc.). I plan to start a thread on this topic which will address questions like these 5:
(1) What are the arguments against God creating our world as a realm where justice was always swiftly executed?
(2) What is the case for our flawed world nevertheless being the best of all possible truly moral orders?
(3) Does the Bible really teach that God controls human behavior? To what extent?
For example, why does Jesus promise that His followers will face persecution and martyrdom, a promise that extends to their wives and children?
(4) To what extent does God micro-manage the universe and its laws?
(5) What types of intercessory prayers does God answer and not answer?
