So you wont resist violence huh? What about if you come home and find a loved one being gang raped, or savagely beaten? According to you, you will just stand there and watch? It is also written: "But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel."
Part of providing for your family INCLUDES protecting them and watching out for their safety. What about "love your neighbor as ye love yourself" If my neighbor is being violently attacked with a knife or by several people(and my neighbor is everyone I will ever come in contact with in my lifetime) I will step in and help them whether by using deadly force or not.
"My safety is at risk over some gun owner's battle fantasies." Its not your safety we are fighting against its your ignorance because when the day comes and you finally realize you were wrong all along it will be to late. If you want to wait 10 minutes for the police to arrive to help you that's up to you. But don't tell me my safety is somebody else's job because its not, its MY JOB to protect my family and those around me.

Waffle House shooting suspect arrested last year by Secret Service for being in restricted area near White House.
After the arrest, his Illinois firearms authorization was revoked and local Illinois police confiscated his firearms.
How's that for gun control?
The people intent on killing are going to kill.
People who are nothing sometimes think that they can become somebody. They can get attention and of course all of you oblige.

I don't think its so much about mental illness. I have autism, and a lot of mass shooters, like Adam Lanza, are said to have autism. Going to far on controlling mental illness will blanket on people with autism or any mental disability.
But, like you said, EastCoastRemnant, society has forsaken God now more than ever, especially in the US. We remove the 10 Commandments from the school, court, and coherent buildings. The result: Divorce rate is rising, more people are getting into paganism gothic, inappropriate contentography (and hentai) is spreading across society rapidly like wildfire, and guys get more addicted to extremely violent games and movies. And when a mass shooting happens, and the shooter happens to be white, they'll blame mental illness and say the shooter had autism. Then people will have a more negative view of autistic people in society.

The truth is , first we need not to judge, Judgment is Gods.
Second thing to remember this world is not ours, we are not a part of it. We do not live for it or by its judgments.
Why say this?
Because these are world topics and events that are set in place to make man judge others.
Now I agree this man needs to be caught, and this should be the only basis.
And even after that forgiveness, love, compassion is in order as Our God will judge him , unless he becomes saved and repents.
This is just a reminder not to judge.

True, but there is a difference between judging a person and judging a persons actions. I always pray for these shooters that they truly come to know Christ. I also pray for my enemy's that they truly come to know Christ as well. You would be surprised at how many criminals that have been sent to prison have come to know Christ there.

Hasn't the UK's homicide rate always been lower than the US? Is there reason to believe that a 1/4 homicide rate to the US is caused by a semi-auto ban?

When the USA repeals the second amendment. That is when there will be laws to restrict and curtail gun ownership and proliferation of guns in a population with a significant number of insane people who are on the streets with guns. Some sane people also appear to have and use guns to kill people. Not every shooter and not every mass shooter is a nut case.

Yes that verse is not claiming Christian shouldn't never judge. Read it more carefully. It's obvious Jesus were referring to hypocrites.

I posted two different scriptures to prove a point.

2. is the topic at hand. He says do not judge, he never said do not judge unless.
Its ok to judge if your own speak is removed, no. to teach after your speak is removed.
To lead after you can see clear, not to judge, I can care less what the stupid video teaches, it in its self is wrong.
