Moses, the very humble, (in the scriptures it says he was) but not weak, powerful, holy (and good, or at least decent) (and righteous, but not self-righteous) man of God...
And excellent example for us, (except for maybe the anger issue(s) that kept him out of the promised land/paradise) (or from (possibly, it's being disputed anyway) crossing over, or getting into heaven) (Jude 1:9)...
He (Moses) was told to speak to the rock (Numbers 20:8) But in a moment of uncontorollable anger, he struck the rock (instead). (Numbers 20:11) (Psalms 78:20)... He (Moses) is called and "accuser" (John 5:45) and Satan is called an "accuser" of the bretheren (Revelation 12:10)...
And Satan, perhaps told to only just speak to the rock (Christ) struck it/him (Christ) (on/at the cross) perhaps in a moment of anger...
Moses represents the Law, and Elijah, the prophets, on/at the mount of transfiguration... (Matthew 17:2-3) (Mark 9:2-4)...
The Law cannot save, but only has the power to convict or condemn, or accuse...
I don't know where to go from here with this...?
Thoughts...?
What does all of this mean...?
I just know, I kind of want to be like Moses, in that he was humble yet powerful, and/yet but not weak... (but maybe perhaps, minus the anger issues)...
God Bless!
