Do you bealive in angels?

I've thought about this a few times...
Living in Salford (a pretty rough place sometimes), i have been involved in some lets say, "dodgy" situations, where i could have been hurt even killed. However i think that my angel(s) were there with me throughout each of these times, and that they were sent from God to protected me.
Also, many of you know the band Delirious i'm sure.
Well, Martain Smith and 2 other cand members had a car crash a while back. When the fire services arrived to cut them out of the car as they were stuck in. The firemen cut them out and then asked them there the 4th person was, to which thry repled "Huh? What fourth person? there are only 3 of us!", and they believe it was an Angel, and of course the firemen were bemused!
Yes, i believe that Angels exist, and protect us. I know people who have even seen them... and they are people whom i trust completely.
Aparently they are all different sizes... being angels, they don't conform to the limits of this world. It's so kewl

Psalm 91
He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. [1]

Guardian Angels?
I believe there is one verse referring to them as they watch over us.
I cannot find it So maybe I am mistaken. This is a question left for God at the End of the Age.
Do Angels Exist?
You cannot help but read the old and new testament without the presence of angels. Angels do exist and are prominent in scripture. Read Jude for an interesting perspective as well.
Praying to Angels?

19) He has lost connection with the HEAD, from whom the whole body, supported and held together by its ligaments and sinews, grows as God causes it to grow.
Please Read this entire chapter and Hebrews Chapter 1 on Christ's Position, in comparison to the Angels of Heaven.
Different Types of Angels?
The book of Revelation provides us with a viewpoint that there are many different types of angels. Hebrews Chapter 1 angels as ministering spirits.
Keep in mind that Angels are created beings.
A thought on Prayer.
Christ gave us a model in which we should pray.
"The Lord's Prayer."

Unfortunately, these two verses deal with people WORSHIPPING angles, not praying to them. If someone was worshipping an angel, then they would have problems. Why would it be wrong to talk to your guardien angel? What if your angel was Gabriel, do you think it would be wrong to talk to him?

I have not read threw this all but of coarse there are Angels because it says so in the bible. One rolled away the stone from Jesus tomb for example so yes there are Angels.

This is a timely thread as John McCarther from "Grace to You" is doing a study on "God, Satan and Angels." He has not yet spoke about Guardian Angels, so I will keep you informed.
However, the nation of Israel has a Guardian Angel, a powerful one too. It is the "Super Angel" Michael, the General of the armies of God (rank and file angels). It is understandable why Israel needs such a powerful ally, Micahel restrains Satan from destroying God's covenant people, the Jews.

Something else John McCarther said which I found fascinating is that they move about upon the earth totally unware by men as that they go about their business in a dimension beyond our senses. Just fascinating...stuff.

Pastor John is one of the best expositors around. He is an excellent teacher of the Word. By the way, his last name is spelled MacArthur (Jr.). His father teaches the Word of God on the radio, too.

Angels come in different forms - elderly friends of mine were in New York on a convention trip - took a wrong turn and ended up between two buildings with gang members each end - these guys suddenly took off - a woman called out from the window of one of the buildings - asked if they would like to go inside her apartment - but they would have to leave those huge ferocious dogs outside...........................Praise God.
In South Africa - a car was hijacked with a 5 yr old girl asleep in the back - the parents were desperately searching and the police found the car with the child unharmed but quite agitated. She told them that she woke up and two men were in the car.suddenly the car stopped and a big white man was standing on the bonnet - he drove a sword through the bonnet of the car and the men ran away................Thank you Lord..............
