I guess as a 26 year old, it would be to know how to be separate from the world. So learning how best to interact with those that have opposing views without compromising mine, or how to not get sucked into it myself and weaken my testimony. In some instances, it's easier, and sometimes it's not. Especially those areas, where Paul mentions " its lawful for me, but I do not exercise it", things that are not inherently sinful, like dealing with social media, going out with friends, and things I consume, events to attend, or music to listen to, how best to approach that and how best to explain it to others.

Its like a push and pull for me.

There are many things I find difficult. But the most difficult for me is the practice of PATIENCE with other people.

It would be having faith without doubts and fears. I'm constantly, or usually through the day worrying about myself and my life. I have too much of a self-centered mindset, even when I'm trying not to be selfish it's about me. What I need help most with is having faith in Christ to God, let him lead me where I need to go for what purpose is to be served. This difficult as it requires separating his will from my own.

Wow, so like confession time? This is an excellent question. Being totally honest, purity is hard. Conforming every thought to be pure, and to (as scripture says) hate and flee anything else can be exceedingly difficult. As dark as it sounds, I've learned from myself and other humans that the mortal mind tends to indulge in many imaginations, volitions, and fantasies with most of them divergent to God's intention for us. Harnessing this requires a violent, reckless commitment to holiness, whilst a humble, childlike surrender to Christ's love. It would seem as though this takes a faith in our belief of God's goodness to a whole new level. This is faith so unyielding that it joys and glories in self-denial, convinced that when God said purity was good, it is no matter what.

One of the most difficult things for me is not being worried and afraid, because no matter what I tell myself I tend to feel that way anyway. I believe it's because of my mental issue...
The other most difficult thing for me is dealing with disagreements. Sometimes I get angry with people who disagree with me on certain topics or say something that upsets me, and then I don't want to talk to them. It's also hard to be friendly and loving towards people in real life because I'm incredibly shy, and my bad experiences in school in the past didn't help.

It's hard to pinpoint what is most difficult living out a Christian life, but I know of one that was most difficult almost my entire life: what the meaning of "love" was and is for Christians. In a way, I am still learning how to love as God loves. I've been seeped into the worldly view of "love" and thought I knew what it meant, but God is still teaching me what it means to Him to love others as yourself.

Love, I believe is the most difficult in many churches today.

Billy has a wife and kids who are very influential because of him. I have no chance of getting married and having a family of my own because of my inferior biology.

I don't think you have inferior biology. You're charming and funny.. you might have a few set backs.. but I don't think they're so severe that it would stop you from ever being happily married with kids.

Oh trust me, you don't know me in real life. I also live in an ableist town where those with disabilities are pretty much segregated from the the other able-bodied neurotypicals unless you can make yourself appear high functioning enough to pass off as a normal person.

The men in my town act like they're on steroids and the women are gold diggers. My only hope for relationships is to be working in the oil industry and my disability unsurprisingly won't allow me.

Well maybe you could move? Where I live people are not like that.

I saw Jesus in a dream and He asked me to live like John the Baptist.

And I turned down His offer in that dream.... I mean it's a dream but I made a conscious decision!:doh:
This is fascinating to me. God actually revealed Himself to you like that and you turned Him down on what He asked you to do? First, I want to ask you why in the heavens did you decline and secondly, what was His response to your rejection?

trying to live by and form my spirit for God and seeing God clearly. trying to comprehend my spirit enough to make sure i'm going in a good direction. harvesting all the elements that form me into something acceptable. directing all the things that form me and making them go in the way that is good. not compromising myself but also being something worthy.

That whole 'love your neighbor' thing.

Beyond that, choosing virtue over vice is always a challenge.

Humility instead of pride.
Kindness instead of envy.
Temperance instead of gluttony.
Chastity instead of lust.
Patience instead of wrath.
Charity instead of greed.
Diligence instead of sloth.

What is the hardest to live out as a believer?

Oh, where to start with me?

I'd say controlling the demon of selfishness and lust within this knight, who claims to want to hold only the most innocent of ideals in love, is definitely at the top of that list. :(

But thankfully by the blood of Christ, I survive these things.

I told Jesus that I have to take care of my parents in their old age. They didn't get any decent pension, nor had anything for retirement so I must help them at least financially.

His response is that He smiled. He told me that I would still fulfill my calling at the right time and anything that I need to know, He said, it's already in me. He said, I just need to figure it out. He didn't tell me how but I think it's part of a test or challenge or something.

I felt bad at first until He reassured me that I'm doing fine. I did not even call Him "Lord", we spoke quite plainly but Christ is actually the cheerful one.

Anyway, we were in an old square in that dream with many people in the square and a forest next to it. Jesus appeared from the forest and came to meet me to talk to me. He appears to be invisible but to me because nobody else is noticing Him. Jesus appeared quite ordinary aside from looking quite neat as if going out on date.
