I met my ex in a county hospital .We both were Clinical Laboratory Scientists that worked in the hospital lab on the night shift. And, yes she was from the Philipines. So,if one is in the medical field,one has a very good chance of meeting a smart, kind, and attractive Filipina here in the United States. One time,while working at Stanford Medical Center,for work reasons,I was looking for a certain Lab Assistant. I asked someone to describe her to me.This guy said, "She is a dark haired Filipina". I said,"Well thanks a lot.That description fits a lot people in this lab."

Yeah even worse.. many women put all the blame on shorter men.. They bring up examples of giving a shorter guy a chance.. but only being met with bitterness and whatever when they choose to wear heels. Not that I can't see men being insecure about not being taller than their partner.. but it's just the same old tired SJW complaining when once again all the fault goes solely on the men. Believe me, we can say the same about dating bitter overweight/older women.

Well,as far as weight versus height goes. Some people can control their weight. But,no one can control one's height. For us short guys, under six feet tall,it is just too bad that GOD did not put a growth gene on the Y (male ) chromosome. Then every man would be at least six feet tall. Then, no man would be rejected because of his height.So,to the women who only want men who are over six feet tall,it is not our fault that we do not meet your height specifications.
By the way, I am curious. What does SJW stands for?

That we are entitled to many (worldly) things in life for example, a successful family, luxury, comfort, good life, easy work, etc.....That having accomplishments, hard work, good connections, etc, would entitle us to bigger and better things. A teaching that is contradiction to the teaching on humility.

If not for Christ, what we all deserve is death regardless of any accomplishments or even hard work we have done.

Even if we are saved, the fact, does not make us more entitled. We only inherit eternal life not an entitlement to worldly things.

Jesus and some of the disciples were poor and died horrible deaths, some were not even given proper burial. Just look at Apostle Paul.

God's blessings and Godly prosperity is NOT the same as worldy prosperity - 1 John 2:15-17 clearly tells where these come from.

God's true blessings is meant to satisfy the spirit and NOT the flesh for the flesh counts for nothing - John 6:63

Yeah.. but women have their own physical faults too. Such as men's obsession with youthfulness and fertility.

Yeah, but it goes both ways.

Women may get their sadistic kicks from mocking and rejecting short men.. but equality demands that men are able to do the same towards women who don't measure look-wise as well. There can never be forgiveness either.. women should be treated as they treated men when they were in their early 20s. I don't care if they have a change of heart when they get older and less physically appealing.

Helps also being a male sadist in the BDSM scene. Since the demographics of that scene is pretty much 50% women and 50% men.. yet a vast majority of those men are not high on the sadistic orientation. Remember on the short forum this woman came in and says that women in the BDSM scene prefer taller men because they convey more dominance. Funnily enough her arguments were ripped to shreds. Many other short men in the scene said they're flooded with women.. while she's probably right.. the reality is there just isn't a large stock of over 6ft plus men who are sadists. In reality there just isn't enough tall sadist men to go around. And it's best to settle with a shorter man than a tall vanilla man who will never psychologically fulfill them.

From browsing various profiles of couples.. it's not uncommon at all to see a 40 plus men with a 20 something woman.. and the men are usually not the cream of the crop either. An older shorter man who keeps physically fit and has a decent income (even that isn't highly stressed) will have no trouble dating 20 something year old women. The attraction will be genuine too, since age differences themselves convey dominance/submission.

Social justice warrior. They're pretty hypocritical towards shorter men.. Even when they do make articles showing compassion towards shorter men.. most of them seem to have this sadistic sarcasm to it.. or (and I'm not kidding) mainly only highlight how it effects trans-men.

serious typo on my post...I meant to say that you DON'T have to go to the Philippines to meet lovely Filipinos...however, don't expect anyone in the medical field to be mousy and subservient to you only because you are a man.

I don't think things are so dire that short men should feel they need to resort to dating foreign women.

Don't think they're last resort option.

I observe that men who marry foreigners tend to be introverted types. Most of them were divorcees, had a local for a first wife. It's probable that certain foreign cultures might be a better match for introverted men.

Consider the possibility your ideal match may not be from around your place.

Are there more extreme age differences with Westerns going for foreigners? Like middle aged men going for 20 something year old foreigners? Lol.

I've never had a thing for Asian females. Never disliked them, either. An attractive woman is an attractive woman no matter the race, age, body type, hair color, etc.

I switched from graveyard shift to day shift a couple of months ago and part of my job on the new shift is to meet all of our new employees, take their picture, and create new employee badges for them.

It's fun to meet all of the new people and it's about 10 to 30 people every Monday. There are three or four women from HR that are in charge of the whole process that I work with every week. One of them is a very, very quiet Thai girl that is absolutely beautiful but looks very, very young.

I talked to her the first week I worked with her and have always made a point to be very polite and courteous when speaking with her. Over the months, I have engaged her in more and more relaxed conversation. Not with the intention of dating her, but just because I'm a nice guy and like to make people feel more comfortable.

She suddenly friended me on FB and has been sending me some pretty strong signals that she is interested.

Really? I'm 20 years older than her, overweight, divorced, and pretty much the opposite in personality. My daughter asked me about her when she saw her on my friend list and said it was totally creepy for her to like me.

Maybe Asian women are just attracted to old, out of shape, divorced white guys??

One of her co-workers asked me out right when I was about to ask the Thai girl out for dinner. Totally threw me off; I thought maybe she was going to interview me to make sure I was a good match for her friend.

One woman told me that i should stop trying to date because there is no chance a woman could ever fall in love with a guy who have my looks.

I used to car pool with a lovely Filipino girl who tried to hook me up with one of her really cute friends. She then started having second thoughts and went on to tell me that Filipino girls loved to gossip and lie and that you could never trust them; it's just part of their culture to be back-stabbing and take advantage of others.

I guess it never occurred to her that she was, in fact, a Filipino... LOL!

Funny! 20 year age gap isn't really a huge issue unless the woman is less than 30 years old.

Honestly, it doesn't look creepy but I advice caution.

Well it's older men's natural biology to want younger women.. go for it if you can..

Although I'd advice older men to work out and have a nice figure. This will go the same for me as I get older. Be respectable when dating younger women. People still might mock you, but it seems more slightly if the older man still retains nice muscle figure. Mocking is dumb though.. men are hardwired to want peak fertile women for very obvious evolutionary reasons.. it's natural.

At least she's being honest!

Actually, some of the things she said there is true. But before you judge, think about the harsh living conditions in the Philippines, especially for women.

This is one of the disadvantages of growing up in 3rd world, you adopt a "survivalist" mentality.
Ironically, they only develop animosity among themselves but not with other races....Since they don't completely trust each other for obvious reasons.

Fortunately, many change for good when they adapt to the western environment / culture.

Maybe.. personally.. Asians don't seem to age any slower than the other races..

If anything black people age the best.. mainly because of their dark skin shields them from the effects of sun aging. Most Asians have light skin.. even lighter skin than many Europeans I see.

Only thing going for defying age is that Asians are the most neotenous race. Still.. for the most part.. when Asians tell me their age.. they look their age to me.
