Genesis 6:1-4 and Jude 6&7 what do these passages mean? Why should we care?

The Human race started with Adam. Period.
God said in Genesis 2 that after the 7Th day of Rest He realized that there was no man to till the Ground ..... thus he created the first man to till the ground from the dust of the ground and put the man in a Garden..

The account in Genesis 1:26-29 place no interdiction for the humam male and female to eat of ANY TREE.
So? There are a lot of details left off the Gen 1 telling, which is why we have the Gen 2 account following to fill in the details.

You are reading it too linearly. Not the way to read Hebrew texts.

Genesis 2 takes a step back in time.

Because that the PEOPLE that God have created MALE AND FEMALE on the 6 TH day were NOMADS PEOPLE .... THERE WAS NO MAN TO TILL THE GROUND.
Where are you getting "nomads" from the text?
And why do you not see the rewind in time back to start of day 6 going into chapter 2?

Genesis 2
1 And the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.

Everything including the male and female people that God have created on the 6th day..AFTER that God have created animal kingdom ---> BEAST OF THE EARTH [Wild Animals]
----------------------------------
Here the 7 Th Day of Rest in verse 2 ....and the mention that there was no man to till the ground in verse 5
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Genesis 2:2-5
2 And on the seventh day God finished his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.

3 And God blessed the seventh day, and hallowed it; because that in it he rested from all his work which God had created and made.

4 These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that Jehovah God made earth and heaven.

5 And no plant of the field was yet in the earth, and no herb of the field had yet sprung up; for Jehovah God had not caused it to rain upon the earth: and there was not a man to till the ground; 6 but there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground.

7 And Jehovah God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

8 And Jehovah God planted a garden eastward, in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.
.....
--->15 And Jehovah God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.

Read 1:28, they are told replace the first creation. The one that occurred during the generations of the heavens and earth. Genesis 2:4, Genesis 1:1.
Are you referring to the "gap" theory, that the Earth was destroyed between Gen. 1 and Gen. 2?

Yes, but the gap is in plain view. The creation corrsponding to Genesis 2:4 through Genesis 4:26 occurrd before Genesis 1:2. These are the generations of the heavens and the earth (Genesis 1:1). The generations of man created in God's likeness occurrd during Genesis 1:2 through Genesis 2:3. The genealogy of Genesis 4 corrspond to the first creation while those of Genesis 5 cor rspond to the second.

They are called "fallen" because that is what the Hebrew scriptures calls them
Nephilim in the Hebrew is Fallen ones ---> נפל

--- Hebrew for fallen or fell נפל
suffix 'im' means plural the both together means fallen ones -Nephilim

נְפִילִים Nephilim

Nope. One again you are in error.

Easton's Bible Dictionary - Nephilim Nephilim
Genesis 6:4 ; Numbers 13:33 ......
giants, the Hebrew word left untranslated by the Revisers, the name of one of the Canaanitish tribes.
The Revisers have, however, translated the Hebrew gibborim, in Genesis 6:4 , "mighty men.

Strong's Concordance
Nephilim: "giants," name of two peoples, one before the flood and one after the flood
Original Word: נְפִילִים
Part of Speech: Noun Masculine
Transliteration: Nephilim
Phonetic Spelling: (nef-eel')
Short Definition: Nephilim

Here is Clarke's reference...

Genesis 6:4
[There were giants in the earth] npiliym , from naaphal , "he fell." Those who had apostatized or fallen from the true religion. The Septuagint translate the original word by gigantes, which literally signifies earth-born, and which we, following them, term giants, without having any reference to the meaning of the word, which we generally conceive to signify persons of enormous stature.
