I should have thought of that. I know the difficulty some had along those lines. I think our community was actually quite blessed, and I have neglected to be sensitive to that. I'm sorry now for the assumptions I made.

Thank God there IS a Church. Amen.



Sometimes the difficulties and aspects involving immigrant lives, and persecution in countries of origin, have effects on the Church today. I try to keep some in mind when I see those. Others I am not fully aware of.

Actually age would HELP!! Welcome Back, Kotter was a 1970’s comedy series about a guy who grew up in a rough area of New York. He wants out, swears he’ll never go back, then goes to college. He becomes a teacher and ends up right back in the same old crumby neighborhood teaching kids who are as incorrigible as he was. Karma.
