Physical and emotional pain

Father, I would pray that this one's faith would come from Your Word, not from the teaching that are not truly from You and the correct understanding of Your Word. May she come to truly understand Your healing ministry, and the work that is really from You. May she put her faith in You, not in false teachings, or in her own power or what she thinks is her own faith. May she walk in true faith, not based on misinterpretation of Your Word, or faith that is really presumption, which ultimately turns to frustration and disappointment. I pray that she will enter into a much more intimate relationship with You, and see Your true power in her life, whether it is to be healed, or to live in a fulfillment of 2 Corinthians 12:9-10, or both. I pray special grace upon her in Jesus name. Amen.

I have to be pragmatic here and ask, are you seeing a doctor? You haven't mentioned it.

Also, what you describe concerning your teeth is a warning. That sounds to me like a pretty advanced stage of gum disease. Teeth normally will not come loose by tugging on a piece of floss. I don't mean for this to scare you, what I am saying is that there is help available, but you have to take action and seek it.

My faith is founded on the principle that God has put in place his angels all around us, in the form of good men and women who dedicate themselves to things like medicine, which is from God in the same way that all good things come from Him.

If you haven't done, you need to see a doctor. Call a local church and get a referral to one who is a Christian. They exist.

Wow. OK then, I'll take that as a "no". Sister, in case you come back to see this, you are following some very dangerous teachings that may result in further serious consequences to your health. I pray for you - and I mean that - that your eyes may be opened to the difference between the love of Christ and following a human teacher who is in the business of selling handkerchiefs.

This is what she edited her original post down to. She was complaining about ongoing medical problems and asking for prayer and deliverance. Greg and I responded as above, and she got mad and left.

I won't go into what I think is going on here, because it's not profitable and I really do feel sorry for her. But she's being taught things that are going to bring about a bad end. I sincerely hope she gets the help she needs.

Thank you for that. My advice was sincerely well intended, but not what she came here looking for. I kind of felt that from her original (unedited) post, but I also felt strongly led to confront something that I know is damaging her. Maybe I was able to plant a seed of doubt in her mind in the abilities of the people who are currently influencing her.
