It seems to me the way to get healthy and stay healthy if fourfold: Get enough to eat, get sufficient rest, stay warm enough, and stay away from tobacco.

Father, You know the infirmities, and the request. You know what good You can do, in what areas, and for what reasons. I pray that You will intercede, not only for what has been asked, but in the areas of need and good that have not been asked (Ephesians 3:20-21). I pray that You will produce such good in response to this request and prayers that it will produce greater praise and thanksgiving than expected, as well as motivation to follow, serve, and worship You greater in the near future. Amen.
