They are not conditions. They are accomplishments. Each one is described using a verb.

According to Luke 24 and Acts 13, they are fulfilled accomplishments.

The conditions fulfilled in the attributes of Christ set forth in Dan.9:24, are not accomplishments until they have been actively ratified into the society Jesus brought them in for. Which will take place after His second coming, during His Millennial kingdom on earth, as I previously posted. Not before.

After Daniel's prayer, the people were immediately restored to the land, and the sanctuary was restored 20 years later. Which begs the question then why another 470 years?

Because the underlying purpose of Jerusalem was to be a light to the surrounding nations, and for Israel to be a kingdom of priests. So this is what Daniel is really praying for: an Israel of priests and a Jerusalem that is a beacon.

It was only when Jerusalem was destroyed, and the remnant unbelieving Israel severed, that that was properly fulfilled.

The subjugation of Judah started in 608BC. However the deportation itself only started in 605BC, on account of Jehoiakim's rebellion.

2 Kings 24:1
In his days Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came up, and Jehoiakim became his servant three years: then he turned and rebelled against him.
2 And the Lord sent against him bands of the Chaldees, and bands of the Syrians, and bands of the Moabites, and bands of the children of Ammon, and sent them against Judah to destroy it, according to the word of the Lord, which he spake by his servants the prophets.
3 Surely at the commandment of the Lord came this upon Judah, to remove them out of his sight, for the sins of Manasseh, according to all that he did;

So the captivity terminated in 538BC, 70 years later, that is the first year of King Cyrus.

However, when we come to Daniel 9, it is unclear, (now I look at again for the umpteenth time), whether Daniel is really talking about the end of the captivity. The commentaries say he is, and that the Darius he refers to was the co-regent; i.e. whilst Cyrus was King Of Persia, Darius was King of Media. I have always understood it that way.

But it could also mean Darius who began to reign in 522BC. If that were the case, it kind of makes more sense actually, as Jerusalem would have been desolate for 66 years - since 588BC, and Daniel knew from edict to restoration would not be overnight!!
The main problem with that is that it would make Daniel around 100 years old. Not impossible of course.

"Even Until The Consummation" The End Of This World.

"That Determined Shall Be Poured Upon The Desolate"

This is the Lords indignation, his cup of final wrath, Revelation 14:10

Daniel 9:27 KJV
And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

I've ratified them.

As a son of God, you've ratified them, whether or not you recognize and agree that you have.

The multitude of the redeemed through the ages up to this moment has ratified them, and others will continue to ratify them until Christ returns.

They are ratified in and by the society of the saints since Calvary.

Jehoiakim reigned from 610BC - 599BC.
He himself was not deported from Jerusalem.
He was under fealty to Nebuchadnezzar from 608BC-605BC, when he rebelled, so Nebuchadnezzar came in and deported lots of Jews to Babylon.
That is what I see in my Bible - but maybe this is wrong

No. The book of Jeremiah in regards to the punishment of Jerusalem and the Jews. That is what Daniel refers to in the Book of Jeremiah. (Else you have 50 odd chapters you can randomly select from).

Daniel is not praying for the coming of Christ, but for the restoration of Jerusalem and the Israelites.

16 O Lord, in view of all your righteous acts, let your anger and wrath, we pray, turn away from your city Jerusalem, your holy mountain; because of our sins and the iniquities of our ancestors, Jerusalem and your people have become a disgrace among all our neighbors. 17 Now therefore, O our God, listen to the prayer of your servant and to his supplication, and for your own sake, Lord, let your face shine upon your desolated sanctuary. 18 Incline your ear, O my God, and hear. Open your eyes and look at our desolation and the city that bears your name. We do not present our supplication before you on the ground of our righteousness, but on the ground of your great mercies. 19 O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, listen and act and do not delay! For your own sake, O my God, because your city and your people bear your name!”

Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
Jer 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD:
Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

Dan 9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

Dan 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
(See the covenant with many in Matthew 26:28.)

Heb 8:6 But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.
Heb 8:7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.
Heb 8:8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:
Heb 8:9 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord.
Heb 8:10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
Heb 8:11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.
Heb 8:12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.
Heb 8:13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.

Heb 10:16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;
Heb 10:17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.
Heb 10:18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.

Act 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

You disregard the consummation and cup to be poured, as clearly taught in the scripture below.

Daniel 9:27 is a future event unfulfilled.

"Even Until The Consummation" The End Of This World.

"That Determined Shall Be Poured Upon The Desolate"

This is the Lords indignation, his cup of final wrath will be poured, Revelation 14:10

Daniel 9:27 is a future event unfulfilled.

Do you think the angel Gabriel came to reveal the timeline of the New Covenant Messiah and then he forgot to even mention the New Covenant?

Look at the scriptural reference beside of Daniel 9:27 in a NKJV Bible and you will find out it is Matthew 26:28.

Mat 26:28 For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

Either the people that produced the NKJV Bible must be just as crazy as I am, or you still have not let go of all of your Dispensational Theology...

The Antichrist of Daniel is gonna be in the desolation right up to the end of the world, when the cup of Gods indignation and wrath is poured upon the desolate Revelation 14:10

That is not what Daniel was referring to though in Jeremiah

"Consummation" = End Of The World

Where are you finding that?

From the Daniel 9:27 Hebrew:

3617 [e]
kā·lāh
כָּלָה֙
the consummation
Noun

3617. kalah
Strong's Concordance
kalah: completion, complete destruction, consumption, annihilation

"World" does not appear in the definition.

As I have shown you the ECF Hippolytus and his teaching, several times just a few days back.

Consummation is end of the world.

Many Jews still rejected Jesus, and the religious leaders actively stoked the Jews to disbelief through lies and propaganda.

Well, Not all Israel was true Israel:

Romans 9:6
It is not as though God’s word had failed. For not all who are descended from Israel are Israel.

There was a remnant of Jews, AT THE TIME OF PAUL, who were elected according to grace:

Romans 11:5 So too, at the present time there is a remnant chosen by grace.

This remnant, who was true Israel, was saved

Romans 9:27
Though the number of the Israelites be like the sand by the sea, only the remnant will be saved.

Furthermore Paul talks about the severing of the Jews from the community of Israel in Romans 11,
but this never actually took place in his lifetime. Did it?

Actually, Yes, it did occur during Paul's generation. The Jews who were severed became Like Sodom and Gomorrah in 70 AD by the Romans.

Romans 9:29
It is just as Isaiah said previously: “Unless the Lord Almighty had left us descendants, we would have become like Sodom, we would have been like Gomorrah.”l

Matthew 23:35
And so upon you will come all the righteous blood that has been shed on earth, from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zechariah son of Berekiah, whom you murdered between the temple and the altar. Truly I tell you, all this will come on this generation.

But not to worry, God's promises to Israel did not fail because all Israel was saved by saving only the remnant, as only the remnant was true Israel.

Those conditions are all that pertain to the behavior of mankind. None of which took place at Jesus first advent.

So mankind must put away sin themselves? mankind must make their own atonement?

Scripture disagrees:

Hebrews 9:26 Otherwise Christ would have had to suffer many times since the creation of the world. But he has appeared once for all at the culmination of the ages to do away with sin by the sacrifice of himself.

Consummation" = End Of The World

According to this logic, Christ won’t appear until the end of the world to die on the cross:

for then he would have had to suffer repeatedly since the foundation of the world. But as it is, he has appeared once for all at the consummation of the ages to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.
Hebrews 9:26
