When men make a name for theimsekved they make a denomination

That is you quoting you. Conflating the phrase used with Babylon and the more modern term to denominate something which is to identify it specifically. Taxonomy, denominating currency etc or denominating a religion by identifying the groups within it.

I am not referring to denominations of money

But the many denominations of Christendom

Same thing. The concept is to "identify" to be able to know one from the other by its name.

No you misunderstand. When a man made religious form today wants to get a tax exemption from the government they have to follow man made by laws and commandments of men attached to the church. One of the first things they have to do is to make a name for the religious man made form they have and we see this in many so called By-Law constitutions etc.

this is error

In Genesis we see the Cain line naming cities after them. In the Seth line we read "and he died" they are dead to self and don't try to build their own kingdoms in their own name and make a name for themselves. This making a name is what we see they did at the Tower of babel. The word "steeple" means a tower. The signs are there but they seem to be only seen by spiritual eyes.

How do you determine whether you follow the correct denomination or faith? How can you be sure your denomination is the right one and all the others are wrong and full of lies that have deceived you?
I don't try to.
I go as the Spirit leads me, and He will lead us to a "house of prayer" if we ask.
None of the denominations has it 100% right, but as long as they're not teaching law or some strange stuff thats unbiblical, we can worship together as His body, no?

OP: Q1: " What is the (1) correct (spiritual) "denomination" ??

A1: THERE AIN'T ONE!

Matthew 10:34
“Do not think that I came to bring peace (AMONG MEN) on the earth; I did not come to bring peace, but a sword.(WHICH DIVIDES ALL MEN)

Q2: What is the correct (only true) "faith"/"belief"?

A2: Do not search forever or try on your own to keep the "Law". Find the truth in the Bible NOW! Focus on: What must I do to be spiritually changed...saved!?! Spiritually discern John 3 + Ephesians 2. FIRST: Read ALL written by John the Elder: Gospel, Letters,Revelation.

Being saved and becoming a "child of God" (believer) is Man's spiritual CHOICE:

1 Chronicles 28:9...King David to his son:
“As for you, my son Solomon, know the God of your father, and serve Him with a whole heart and a willing mind;
for the Lord searches all hearts, and understands every intent of the thoughts.
If you seek Him, He will let you find Him;
but
if you forsake Him, He will reject you forever.

Deuteronomy 30:19
I call heaven and earth to witness against you today,
that I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse.
So choose life in order that you may live, you and your descendants,

Revelation 3:20
Behold, I stand at the door and knock;
if anyone hears My voice and opens the door,
I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me.

Man's spirit must ACCEPT the spiritual calling/drawing of God!

John 1:12,14 (NIV)
Yet to all who received him,
to those who believed in his name,
he gave the right to become "children of God"...(SAVED!)
The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, (Jesus)who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

John 6:44
No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me DRAWS him;
and I will raise him up on the last day.

John 14:6 Jesus said to him, (enquiring disciples)
"I am the way, and the truth, and the life;
no one comes to the Father but THROUGH Me.

John 5:24 (all NASB)...(Jesus:)"Truly, truly, I say to you,
he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life,
and does not come into judgment, but "has passed" out of death into life.(NOW!)

1 John 3:14..We (believers) know that we "have passed" out of death into life..(NOW!)

Luke 7:50...And He said to the woman (CAUGHT IN SIN), "Your faith "has" "saved" you; go in peace." (NOW!)

Ephesians 2: 4-5,8-10
4 But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy,
5 MADE US ALIVE with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions
—it is by grace (unmerited Love/Mercy/favor) you have been saved.
8 For by GRACE (Love/Mercy) you have been SAVED through FAITH;
and that (FAITH/BELIEF) not of yourselves,
it is the (spiritual) GIFT of God;
9 NOT as a result of WORKS, so that no one may boast.
10 For we are His workmanship,
created in Christ Jesus for good works,
which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.

a five dollar bill is a "denomination" of currency
a 10 dollar bill is a 'different denomination" of currency.

This is irrefutable fact in the case of that term.

Naming something has nothing to do with wanting to be like Babylon.

"Denomination is a proper description of a currency amount, usually for coins or banknotes. Denominations may also be used with other means of payment like gift cards. For example, five euros is the denomination of a five euro note."

you are conflating two entirely different concepts
I speak of the many man made "denominatins today" I think there is about 33,000 of them, who all seek to make a name for themselves. This name making is similar to those who built a tower to reach heaven and make a name for themselves.

I speak of a spiritual issue, not money amounts etc.

This line of reasoning is just intellectually dishonest. You are trying to turn the meaning of the term "denomination" into something it does not really mean.

True worshippers are unified in teaching and are from many nations. Their unity stems from the Bible, their firm basis in God's kingdom as the only solution to man's problems, and their staunch neutrality. True Christians like Jesus do not involve themselves in the politics of the day. Wherever they are on earth they remain neutral because they have taken the clear side with God's kingdom. They unitedly tell others about this kingdom as Jesus commanded, out of obedience, love for God, and neighbor as it means their future and those they tell.(Isaiah 2:1-4;Matthew 6:9,10;John 13:34,35; Matthew 24:14;28:19,20)

John 4:....God is Spirit!
23 But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers. 24 God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

1 Cor. 13 (NASB)....spiritual baptism
13 For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, ( of Christ) whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free, and we were all made to drink of one Spirit

I was born and raised on an island that converted to Christianity by St. Paul and St. Barnabas and maintained their faith for the last 2000 years - despite great persecutions. St. Lazarus whom Christ raised from the dead was a bishop in the city I used to live. St. Spyridon who attended the 1st Ecumenical Council and proved the doctrine of the Trinity with a miracle, lived only a few miles from where I grew up. Anyway, you get the picture... I hope.

which is like so many other cities. it isn't meant to be you, personally, just in general, how would one go about determining such things.....
also, a miracle isn't needed to show the trinity....scriptures do actually show this, however, man's own triune nature reflects the trinity..
Lazarus attaining the office of bishop is hearsay, not the only speculated account of his later life, and is not supported by scripture.
Your place of birth according to God's will and plan in no way justifies any words that you speak. In much the same way, being born in Galilee would in no way justify my own faith in Christ. Nor would being born in Rome, justify the Roman Catholic traditions, or being born in Moscow justify the Russian Orthodox tradition, or being born in Jerusalem justify the Jewish faith and rejection of Christ as is so prominent this current and past ages.

How would one justify that one particular denomination were correct and others were wrong?
Personally, an incorrect lot of denominations don't adhere to the Word of God itself, and take it upon themselves, theories, and speculation for operation.
Listening to God's own word would be the best.
That is a clear picture.
