I'm going through a rough time with all that I mentioned in my subject lines. I'm still in grief over the loss of my grandparents (who raised me), I'm struggling to find stability in my life... Trouble sleeping, paranoia, and just a general feeling of being lost. Please pray the Lord's comfort, help, and upliftment over me.

Blessings to all.

They told me if you have any problems in your sleep then every night before you fall asleep pray the blood of Jesus over your pillow. Then you will have sweet dreams and God will minister to you all night while you are sleeping. God is more than able to give you ALL the comfort you want or need.

Heavenly Father, I ask that you comfort @aloneinafrica in her time of mourning, and help her to find guidance and stability in You, the unchanging and steadfast source of Love and Hope. Grant her physical and spiritual rest, and show her the path that leads to You.
Lord, have mercy.

AloneinAfrica I am usually seen with my wife, and when not sometimes people will say "I see you are alone." I respond "I am never alone." Jesus is always with me. My condolences regarding your grandparents. Read Psalms 27:10; 2 Corinthians 1:3-4; Isaiah 66:13; Psalms 91:1; Psalms 91:4; Hebrews 13:5; Habakkuk 3:19; Psalm 23; Isaiah 41:10; and before going to sleep read Psalms 4:8. Lord may the meditating and praying over these verses in Your Word minister to this one in such a way as to bring her peace and fellowship with You, and victory over these ailments. Amen.

Abba Father you are daddy to us. Only you can heal the core of a person and I ask you to bring healing, direction and reassurance to your daughter during this time in her life. I pray that she feels the warmth of your embrace and your leading her through the valley to the peaceful therapeutic waters of life. Surround her with your love. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray, amen. :purpleheart:

I’m so sorry to hear about the loss of your grandparents, and I realize how painful this must be for you. I'm sure that there will always be a special and tender place in your memory for them as long as you live. I’ve prayed that God will comfort and uphold you. I’ll especially pray that He may provide for your needs as you place your trust in Him. I encourage you to speak with a professional about the grief you’re experiencing. Also, if you have the time to read, I'd like to suggest that you get a copy of the book, Experiencing Grief, by H. Norman Wright. It’s written to encourage those who have recently endured a loss and I believe it will be helpful to you during this time. Grace and peace to you.

Faithfully,

Hi, @Chaplain David - I'm doing much better now, thank you, just still incredibly torn up about the death of my grandparents, especially my grandfather's; he was an incredibly special man who went out of his way for me and I oftentimes disappointed him in my struggles with mental illness, addiction and other issues... I didn't always treat him the way I ought to have. I thought I had enough time to make up for my mistakes before he unexpectedly passed away. He was 85 and had had a weak heart for some time, and I know that God ended his time here on Earth for a reason, but I'm still left torn and devastated. If I could see my grandfather just one more time and apologize to him... or if I could see him in Heaven and see that he is now safe and joyous... But none of those things are possible and it's killing me on the inside.
