There will always be Americans who refuse to give up on God & truth. Trump being an unrepentant pathological liar doesn't mean that Americans have given up on truth. You have to remember that the majority of Americans did not vote for him. His base tries to claim that plenty of folks have lied too, on account of how they think that mitigates Trump's lies, but of course it doesn't. Trump's adultery & the rest, that cannot be condoned or lessened by saying "but so & so did this" or even worse, lying by saying it's fake news when it's not. There's plenty of folks who don't play those games, who still have integrity.

In Christianity, all have sinned, all have fallen short, and those who repent and believe in Jesus Christ are forgiven and pardoned in the atonement of Christ. If Donald Trump is a Christian, at what point, on what date did God perform His miraculous work of regeneration in the man? Even so, when pressed most Christians will confess, that although they are forgiven, they still struggle with sin, and fall into sin. We could go through a history of Christian leaders, pastors, priests, ministers, who have sinned while they were professing Christians, does that mean they are not Christians? As terrible as it may be, God is gracious, merciful, and forgiving to His people, and calls on us to forgiven others, as we have been forgiven. Most anyone who has lived for a length of time as an adult has a past with regrets.

IF and this is a BIG IF, it even happened, it should be just as excusable as Bill Clinton smoking pot illegally before his life in politics, but I see a double standard in your responses. As for Democrats, they support murdering babies, which will always be more abominable in my book than fornication or adultery, not that Democrats are innocent in either, but since we're politicizing moral issues.

Trump has been married three times. Two of his wives were born in communist countries. Trump was recorded bragging about groping women's p***** and seducing a married woman. He bragged about it. Adultery is a sin, lust is a sin. Trump was no saint. This Stormy Daniels incident does not surprise me. Of course Trump could deny anything he wants to deny. President Nixon used to swear he was not a crook until America figured out he was a crook. Nixon was threatened with impeachment for being part of a conspiracy to coverup the Watergate break-in. Nixon resigned rather than face imminent impeachment. America should be careful who they vote for. Someone capable of adultery might be capable of worse.
