If you say the seventh trumpet is the last trumpet to sound, what comes with that trumpet is the third woe... this is not the second coming of Christ. The two previous woes were times of troubling by the Moslems against the Christian world and the 3rd will be the same prior to Christ's coming (have we not been troubled by Islam since 9/11?). The verse states that during the time (in the days) of the third woe, then shall the mystery be finished... unless you would consider the third woe to be the glorious appearing of Christ. You would need to cite some serious scripture to back that up.

Nowhere does it state that the seventh trumpet of Revelation is the last trumpet blown at Christ's second coming, you have assumed that. It is merely the 7th of 7 denoting the succession of events that transpired during the last 2000 years.

MATTHEW [24] But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

Ya see what Jesus said

JOHN 10 [14] I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine. [15] As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep. [16] And OTHER SHEEP I HAVE, WHICH ARE NOT OF THIS FOLD: THEM ALSO I MUST BRING, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and ONE SHEPHERD.

I MUST BRING! Jesus said there were “others” not of the fold of the house of Israel. These “others” are the gentiles that hear His voice. Them also He will bring.... Bring where? Bring to heaven as the raptuist claim? Nope. At the time when Jesus does bring us we will have but ONE SHEPHERD.

EZEKIEL 37 [21] And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the heathen, whither they be gone, and will GATHER THEM on every side, and BRING THEM INTO THEIR OWN LAND: [22]And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all: [23] Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwellingplaces, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God. [24] And David my servant shall be king over them; and they all shall have ONE SHEPHERD:

Jesus gathers His people {in the twinkling of an eye} and BRINGS them to Israel, to the kingdom. We will have but ONE SHEPHERD

ISAIAH 56 [6] Also THE SONS OF THE STRANGER, that join themselves to the Lord, to serve him, and to love the name of the Lord, to be his servants, every one THAT KEEPETH THE SABBATH from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant; [7] EVEN THEM WILL I BRING TO MY HOLY MOUNTAIN, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people. [8] The Lord God which gathereth the outcasts of Israel saith, YET WILL I GATHER OTHERS TO HIM, beside those that are gathered unto him.

Jesus brings them to His Holy Mountain. The kingdom rest. Yes, the “others” {John 10v16} {Isaiah 56v8} are the gentiles. So when the LAST TRUMPET {1Cor.15} sounds we meet the Lord in the air and Jesus “brings” us to His holy mountain in Jerusalem for the kingdom rest. Not off to heaven as the Rapturist claim.

Uh....it is literally the last trumpet to be blown that is found in scripture. Yikes! Its like trying to explain that friday afternoon till sunday morning does not equal 3 days and 3 nights

Please show me from scripture that the last trump in the seventh trumpet. The seven trumpets are symbolic whereas the last trump is literal and will be heard by everyone on the earth. Where do we find in history all the inhabitants of the earth hearing the blaring sound of a trumpet 7 times?

Dont you find the words shout and trumpet in your rapture scriptures? Hmmm....intresting

I'm sorry, I assumed you understood prophetic history and that the 7 trumpets of Rev. have already been sounded. We are living in the time of the 7th trumpet and soon Jesus will appear in the clouds.

Revelation 8:8-9 (KJV)
8 And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;
9 And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.

If ya think we are in the time of the 7th trumpet i guess you believe the 2nd angel sounded his trumpet. I dont remember that happening. Could you fill me in?

12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;........

16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:
17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

The Day of the Lord begins at the end of the 6th seal. I know i didnt miss that. Like i said. Ive heard enough.

Why are you being so close minded to a complete Biblical and historically accurate understanding of prophesy?

I can show you the events that happened at the opening of the 6th seal... the great earthquake was the earthquake in Lisbon in 1755... sun becoming back like sackcloth occurred across America May 19th 1780 and the blood becoming as blood was the same event in 1780. There was one more event in that seal that you didn't mention and that was the stars falling from heaven like a fig tree casting off it's fruit. That happened across eastern America in Nov 12th 1833.

History confirms prophesy.

Yeah Rome did this very thing to Jerusalem in 70 AD.

The problem with this being Jerusalem is that Revelation was written sometime around 90AD. It also doesn't account for the 1st trumpet and what significant historical event that matches this symbol that came before 70AD.
