Psalm 69:35-36 .......

It relates to God saving Zion; Zion refers to the City of Jerusalem cradled within National Israel following the 2nd Coming. Judah will be restored; the Jews will live there in an eternal possession, the completed blessing of God's promise of their Promised Land. Jesus, Messiah, Himself will be King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Those Jews who received Jesus as their Promised Messiah will occupy a huge Kingdom in the Middle East. See Psalm 51:18, Zechariah 12:1-5, Romans 11:26-35, Isaiah 65:9-10.

No, I don't think there is any eschatological significance about Donald acknowledging Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. I think he was just doing a good deed.
