Know, love, and submit. That's the heart of it. Know God (John 17:3; 1 Corinthians 2:12; 2 Timothy 1:12), love Him with all you've got (Matthew 22:36-38), and submit your will and way to His (Romans 12:1; James 4:10). Do these things persistently and consistently and you will find yourself shining brightly for Christ and being a clear reflection of him to the world. The keys to Christlikeness are simple, but the "turning" of them in the lock of spiritual living is not. In fact, it takes the power of God for any of us to faithfully do any of these three basic things. From beginning to end, our walk with God is fundamentally His doing. (Philippians 2:13; 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24)

Thanks. I shouldn't probably try to "speed up" sanctification but these are still some necessary things to do.

Take what Godly type Love you do have and the faith you do have and use it in serving others. it can be just washing the dishes, all because of what Christ has done for you. The right motive has to be there so start small and do it totally motivated by Love.
Love will grow and God is Love.

I don't remember ever not forgiving people if they repent in the last couple years. What do you do if someone doesn't repent or insists what they did was right?

You still forgive them, it isn't your place to place judgement. They are only hurting themselves, and you would be hurting yourself in the same way by not forgiving them.

What about this verse:
Luke 17:3
Be on your guard! If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him.

Do you also believe God forgives our sins if we don't repent? (not eternally, that was done by Jesus on the cross)

God is beyond forgiveness, it is a tool for us to get to Him. Everything has always been forgiven.
