Welcome to the site pinbackbsc04! I graduated from a small town in Cullman County years ago and joined the Navy (I too was an Air Force kid so I wanted a change) and left. I have visited a lot in the 90 but not so much after 1999. I did attend my 20th reunion and found out of all the people in my graduating class, only three currently lived out of state, five had left but returned and most have never been away except for trips. They pretty much worked at the same jobs they had in High School , relived the “Big Football Game”, talked about Guy Hunt like he was still governor (and alive) and were happy being stuck reliving 1990 forever. I hope you find a Church that you like.

Welcome to CF! Hope you still get to develop meaningful relationships within your local church. Online forums are certainly nice, but nothing beats developing intimate friendships with folks you can interact with in person. Cheers to you!
