Does the Bible support Equality for all or not?
Yes it does. Through out the OT there is the repeated command to treat the alien, fatherless and widow justly. The law was to be applied to all people in the same way. There was never to be one rule for the rich/ socially acceptable and another for the poor or unpopular.

The teaching that God shows no favouretism to people but treats us all the same is foundational for the way western civilisation works and is unique in world history as no other culture has or does promote equality in law.

That's equal treatment. I think the question concerned equality in a more fundamental or even legalistic sense.
The Lord doesn't play favorites.

That's agreed to by everyone who believes in equal treatment. But equal treatment still does not mean that all persons are equal in other ways, for instance equal in the eyes of the law, or equal in intelligence or talent, equal in wealth or income, etc.

I think Paul is right when he says we each have our own God-given gifts, and that the body of Christ needs all of us.

Do you have any scripture to support what you say? Jesus told two different parables saying we are not all equal, as in some are given more than others.

Matthew 13:3 Then he told them many things in parables, saying: “A farmer went out to sow his seed. 4 As he was scattering the seed, some fell along the path, and the birds came and ate it up. 5 Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow. 6 But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root. 7 Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants. 8 Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop—a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown. 9 Whoever has ears, let them hear.”10 The disciples came to him and asked, “Why do you speak to the people in parables?”11 He replied, “Because the knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them. 12 Whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them.

Matthew 25:14 “Again, it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted his wealth to them. 15 To one he gave five bags of gold, to another two bags, and to another one bag,[a] each according to his ability. Then he went on his journey. 16 The man who had received five bags of gold went at once and put his money to work and gained five bags more. 17 So also, the one with two bags of gold gained two more. 18 But the man who had received one bag went off, dug a hole in the ground and hid his master’s money.19 “After a long time the master of those servants returned and settled accounts with them. 20 The man who had received five bags of gold brought the other five. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘you entrusted me with five bags of gold. See, I have gained five more.’21 “His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’22 “The man with two bags of gold also came. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘you entrusted me with two bags of gold; see, I have gained two more.’23 “His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’24 “Then the man who had received one bag of gold came. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘I knew that you are a hard man, harvesting where you have not sown and gathering where you have not scattered seed. 25 So I was afraid and went out and hid your gold in the ground. See, here is what belongs to you.’26 “His master replied, ‘You wicked, lazy servant! So you knew that I harvest where I have not sown and gather where I have not scattered seed? 27 Well then, you should have put my money on deposit with the bankers, so that when I returned I would have received it back with interest.28 “‘So take the bag of gold from him and give it to the one who has ten bags. 29 For whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them.

And Paul also says that some are greater than others.

1 Corinthians 12:27 Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it. 28 And God has placed in the church first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healing, of helping, of guidance, and of different kinds of tongues. 29 Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles? 30 Do all have gifts of healing? Do all speak in tongues[d]? Do all interpret? 31 Now eagerly desire the greater gifts.

I know that love does not allow favoritism. When we sin, we experience the consequences of our sin, but that isn't favoritism.

Then why are some Kings and most aren't?

Rev 21:24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.

Why do some have their names on the foundations?

Rev 21:14 And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.

Clearly not all are equal in the eternity. Not saying it's wrong just showing that all aren't actually equal like some seem to think, especially regarding the eternity.

The church body needs all the gifts. If you think you are more important than someone else, you have committed the sin of pride.

Being a king doesn't mean you're getting special treatment.

You have a special title and a king is a leader over others so yes, it is special treatment and equality is not going to happen.

Here is more:

Mat_5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Mat_11:11 Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.

There are kings in the age to come but do you think that the kings in this age will have already received their rewards in that all kingdoms will be crushed by the unhewn stone?

The kings of this age are not the same kings in the next but both ages show that there is not equality in all things. In the next age some will have more authority and notoriety than "the least" in heaven. Personally, I am fine with being the lowest person in heaven because being in heaven is the goal :)
