I change my bank computer password all the time as they say that is wise. Today I forgot what I had last changed it to. No problem, I just typed in the info they wanted for my credentials and they said they had mailed the temporary p/w.. But they didn't. I tried over and over. Never got it. Finally I just gave up and logged in with an incorrect password so that my account got blocked and no one could access it but me until I call the bank on Monday. At least, I pray no one could access it.
They have to send an email - like the one I never got this evening - for any new p/w change that is made, so I assume the system is secure. But then I assumed my p/w was going to be emailed to me, too. Please pray that everything is secure with my account. Thank you.
