Christian persecution is out of control in America in everything action from Godly marriage to making a living you are required to be licensed to the Angel of Light more commonly referred to as the Devil. The design of the State as our sovereign is absolutely against the teachings of God and Jesus the Christ our Lord and Saviour the King and ruler of this World. We are to come out of this World and return to the Royal Law of Creation which is above natural law of man. Wake up and stop being a slave to fiction law or color of law which has no lineage to the tree of life but has an evil lineage to the Devil for he also is a liar, murderer, adulterer, and harlot-monger from the beginning. Christ is a faith.

I don't know of ANYWHERE that any state has made this assertion. You might, but the states simply claim the right and authority that it's citizens have granted it to pass laws for the benefit of all. You may disagree with both the benefit and the "justness" of those laws, but that is the beauty of the democratic system, majority rule while still granting the minority a voice (and the ability to influence the majority).
Be careful what you ask for. Seems to me that democracy (when it functions properly) is the best hope of implementing government that would please God, until Jesus comes and establishes His Kingdom, anyway...
