Hello everybody,
I did a sin, which i promised God, that i wont do again. But i did it. Before i did that sin, i said to myself that if God exist he will punish me by not makinng me able to speak with other people. Now i can speak with other people. Does that mean that: God has forgiven me or that God doesnt exist? I believe that God exist, so the second variation doesnt seem godd for me.
What do you think about this what have just happened to me? Thank you so much!

So you believe that you set the rules about who and how God deals with us?
Put that way are your beliefs realistic or just stupid.

Think for a moment about what Jesus went through before and on calvary.
I'll mention just one event. The whole guard company mocked and abused him.
Something like 80 fit strong men took turns in punching him. What do you think he looked like after that. You can research cricifixtion and how Jesus suffered and died.

Why have I brought this up.
Because Jesus did this to save you.
Go over again what he suffered for you.

Do you really belief that have done this he is going to turn round and say that's it no more Mr nice guy where brick is concerned.
Or is he sadly going to wait for your shame face request for forgiveness.

read 1 John1 v 9

It is about his forgiveness.

If you have confessed and repented from your sin, He HAS forgiven you, no questions asked. It is a done deal,

BTW - HE is under no obligation to abide by our own standards and deals we set up. So the whole "not be able to talk" thing was a non-starter to begin with.

What you just found out about yourself ? That you know no foundational truths about God. It's time for you to first accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior and then seek out some study of his Word, maybe even a good church so you have an idea of what you are doing and who you are dealing with.

Thank you so much for all your answers. It really helped me. Maybe i should have told you, but i suffer from OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder) and i have thoughts like if i don't do some behaviors certain way, God will punish me. It really bothers me a lot. Let's say that i want to buy a drink in a shop. I go there and i really want to buy coke. Suddenly thought jumps in my head, that if i buy this coke, i will disrespect God. I don't know what to do in those situations.
Please help me! Thank you so much!

I think just about everybody has tried to make an oath with GOD and did the sin again. Thank the Father that He is forgiving if we go to Him and repent.
( 1 John 1:9 )
Still oaths are VERY important to GOD. People got blessed majorly for keeping their oaths/vows.
( Ecclesiastes 5:4, Deuteronomy 23:21, Psalms 50:14, Psalms 76:11 )

John 5.22 God the father does not judge anyone but has left all judgement to His Son Jesus. Now if you truly accept Jesus Christ as your lord and saviour, you should be walking in faith with how He told us. That means that we take up our cross daily and crucify our flesh or sinful ways. Of course this is an impossible task without the Holy Spirit dwelling within you.
Although you might have the Holy Spirit within you due to accepting Gods grace aka the cross, you also have your sinful nature within you also. The apostle Paul states a full meaning of this in romans 7 and 8.
In 1st John chapter 1 we read that whilst it is Gods will that we don't sin, we have an advocate (Jesus) to cleanse us from sin if we confess our sins to Him.
We are called many times to examine ourselves and judge ourselves to see if we're in proper standing with God and if not, to repent back so that we are. The father does not judge and neither does Jesus at this present time. Yes a day will come when God will judge the world and sin, but now it's more of a rescue mission to save as many from impeding judgement.

So God will not punish you directly for committing a sin or failure to keep a promise to Him if you judge yourself and admit you messed up. It's good before God if we ourselves see how much of a screw up we all are. Please note that the bible warns against making promises to God because more often than not, people can't keep them. Making covenants with God is as serious as He making a covenant with you. Imagine if He couldn't keep His promise? Well He feels the same way about you. It's best to say nothing at all.
Secondly,
If you promised God that you will stop sinning, then whilst it would be great, you or anybody on earth cannot do such a thing. It is our very nature. If we could stop sinning on our own then trust me, God would not have sent His only Begotton Son to be our judgement. Gods wrath on His own Son was so horrific that prior to Jesus death, He prayed that the wrath of His father would pass from Him but obeyed the father and died for us anyway but What He saw grieved Him so much that He sweated blood. Nobody has ever experienced such a high volume of stress to sweat blood but Jesus Christ did. We can't imagine what He saw for it is too horrific for even man to create in his simple little mind.
Do you think for one minute that we can make ourselves righteous before God??. " None are righteous, not one of ye"
My own personal expieriance with habitual sin is that sometimes to stop it, it takes what the bible tells us. To pray and fast. So go pray and fast for 3 days with nothing but the odd glass of water and be genuine about hating that sin. Making promises we can't keep to God are nothing but puffs of air, or as one would say, Talk is cheap. Action is what produces purity. Hope this helps you bro, God Bless, Jonathan

God has forgiven you. He is not a harsh got that meters out punishment. The bible actually tells us that to swear, i.e. say you will never do a thing again, does not come from God's will, but rather from the devils desire. God never keeps us to such a promise, as he knows if we have fallen into a sin once we are likely to do it again.

This is actually a very common trick by Satan used to scare believers. The devil get us to swear we will never do such and such a sin again, knowing we are too weak to resist it. The devil then bangs us over the head with it when we fail, saying God will judge you for it, satan does this to try to make you feel separate from God. But the truth is God will not judge you for it, God is forgiving you, God is not separating himself from you.
