From the "But, no one was supposed to know", files: Exclusive: Prominent lawyer sought donor cash for two Trump accusers

A well-known women’s rights lawyer sought to arrange compensation from donors and tabloid media outlets for women who made or considered making sexual misconduct allegations against Donald Trump during the final months of the 2016 presidential race, according to documents and interviews.

California lawyer Lisa Bloom’s efforts included offering to sell alleged victims’ stories to TV outlets in return for a commission for herself, arranging a donor to pay off one Trump accuser’s mortgage and attempting to secure a six-figure payment for another woman who ultimately declined to come forward after being offered as much as $750,000, the clients told The Hill.
...
Bloom then arranged for a donor to make a larger contribution to help Harth pay off the mortgage on her Queens apartment in New York City. The amount was under $30,000, according to a source directly familiar with Harth’s situation. Public records show Harth’s mortgage was recorded as extinguished on Dec. 19, 2016.

Harth said the payments did not affect the merits of her allegations

Sure. I've already provided a couple ... but I'll add another.

Lisa Bloom is Gloria Allred's daughter.
Reminds me of Paula Jones being shopped around. All her financial settlement went to lawyers.

I hear Gloria Allred's niece's roomate's boyfriend was a serial killer. Makes you wonder what Allred is hiding.

Actually maybe it was seal trainer. Oh well, either way.

President Trump should sue them. Get them answering questions under threat of perjury. That’s what I say!
If that happens. We might find out Trump is worse then we thought. I remember Trump hanging around pervert Bill Clinton. Guilty by association. Right?

Kinda makes you wonder how much Roy Moore's accusers were paid/offered???

(The more things "supposedly" change the more they stay the same... ^_^)

Considering that the Moore accuser with the yearbook forgery was Gloria Allred's client (Gloria, mother to the lawyer referenced in the OP), it seems like a good bet that at least the one was.

It wasn’t forged as you pretend not to know. So far it doesn’t appear anybody has been paid anything.
But let’s let Trump and Moore file their lawsuits. Don’t you want to get all the parties under oath?

Is it that unusual for a child to follow in the footsteps of a parent/grandparent? Lawyer/women's activist.

Considering how little integrity this episode shows they have I wouldn't be afraid to say more than one...

I wonder how much they were thinking these little episodes was going to ingratiate themselves to the bigwigs in the party??? (That is until their usefulness to the party is over, then they will either be thrown her under the bus or will be found having committed suicide with 2 to the back of the head)...

The apple never falls far from the tree...

I thought it was very normal for people to sell their stories to media outlets.

Trump has bragged about sexually assaulting women and bragged about being perverted peeping tom with women at his pageants. These accusations are not out of character for Trump, if we are to believe what Trump said about himself.
