I wanted to share the following link, which is essentially a very brief synopsis and outline on the OCC and why it exists etc. All of this material has been written elsewhere, aside from a few sentences of commentary.
If you find anything factually incorrect on this site, please let me know- via here or via the Web Form of the site.
Not all will agree with the points made or the OCC in general, but I'm hoping that the notes mentioned on the site are correct, at least.
