1. Is someone professing to be a Christian living a life of known UNREPENTANT SIN in a SAVED state before God or an UNSAVED state before God?

2. Where in God's Word does it say that God's 4th commandment has been ABOLISHED and we are now commanded to keep Sunday as a Holy day?

Of course I sin, but I don't break the letter of the law, as you see it. I do not commit adultery, steal, kill, or break any of the other commandments. But I do break the Sabbath in your interpretation, because Gentiles are not required to be Sabbath observers.

Now I have answered your question you must answer my question.

Do you commit the same sins over and over again?

I suspect that your memory has failed you. I believe you are talking about the new month. The moon doesn't go through its' phases, evenly divisible by seven, into whole numbers.

There is an easy way to remember when YHWH's new month begins. (new MOON-th)

The law Israel received was issued according to a lunar calendar, not a pagan, sun calendar.

You can read all about the Moedim in Leviticus 23. These appointments with YHWH are to be kept forever by his people. Now before you go saying that you're not part of Israel; How far can you trace back your family tree? Can you trace it back to when the lost tribes were dispersed? If not, and you love YHWH; I would go with Pascal's Wager on this one.

Now He (Yahshua), answering, said, "I was not commissioned except for the lost sheep of the house of Israel."

I'd keep YHWH's Shabbat too; even though it still isn't signaled by the moon.

Hello Hark.

You caught me, just as I was going to proudly declare that I am not Jewish, i.e., not under the law. Since the percentage of Jews in the world is less than one percent by population, it is highly probable that I am a Gentile.

I agree with you that Jesus was sent only to the nation of Israel, that is an important point.

We Gentiles are grafted into the root of the olive tree, which is an artificial process. Though I must add that God created a new man out of the Jew and the Gentile, a new creation.

15 by abolishing in His flesh the enmity, which is the Law of commandments contained in ordinances, so that in Himself He might make the two into one new man

Impossible to answer this question since no one is perfect, hence everyone sins, the same sins over and over again. I have yet to come across anyone who is free of sin, I seriously doubt whether we are even expected to conquer sin ourselves. I would aim for perfection in loving others.

Whether or not the fourth commandment is abolished is irrelevant, since Gentiles were never under the law. You may need to ask a Jew about that, after all, they were given that law.

The only law I see that the Gentiles were given is in Acts 15, there is no debate on this point.

1 COR. 7 [19] Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing, but the keeping of the commandments of God.

We are told to follow the spirit of the law

ROMANS 7 [6] But now we are DELIVERED FROM THE LAW, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should SERVE IN NEWNESS OF SPIRIT, AND NOT IN THE OLDNESS OF THE LETTER.

As we can see in above scriptures we are now to walk in the spirit of the law. If we walk only in the letter of the law this will lead to death, but if we walk in the spirit of the law this leads to life.

MATTHEW 5 [21] Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, THOU SHALT NOT KILL; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment: [22] BUT I SAY UNTO YOU, THAT WHOSOEVER IS ANGRY WITH HIS BROTHER WITHOUT A CAUSE SHALL BE IN DANGER OF THE JUDGMENT: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

OLD LETTER- Thou shalt not kill

NEW SPIRIT- Don’t even get angry. Call no man a fool. Love one another in thought, word and deed.

MATTHEW 5 [27] Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, thou shalt not commit adultery: [28] But i say unto you, that WHOSOEVER LOOKETH ON A WOMAN TO LUST AFTER HER HATH COMMITTED ADULTERY with her already in his heart.

OLD LETTER- Thou shalt not commit adultery

NEW SPIRIT- Do not look on a woman to lust. Keep the law in our mind and spirit. Even in our eyes.

So you can see that Jesus did not do away with the letter of the law. Common sense will tell ya in order to walk in the spirit of the law you must also be walking in the letter. Jesus made the commandments even harder to keep and more honorable.

ISAIAH 42 [20] Seeing many things, but thou observest not; opening the ears, but he heareth not.[21] The LORD is well pleased for his righteousness' sake; HE WILL MAGNIFY THE LAW, and make it honourable.

Yes, Jesus magnified the law. He took the letter of the law (which leads to death) and magnified the law to a spiritual level (which leads to life).

The handwriting contained in the ordinances

COL.2 [14] Blotting out THE HANDWRITING OF ORDINANCES that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;[15] And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.[16] Let no man therefore judge you in MEAT, or in DRINK, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:[17] Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

Jesus blotted out “only” the handwriting of the ordinances.

2 KINGS 17 [36] But the LORD, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt with great power and a stretched out arm, him shall ye fear, and him shall ye worship, and to him shall ye do sacrifice.[37] And the statutes, AND the ordinances, AND the law, AND the commandment, which he wrote for you, ye shall observe to do for evermore; and ye shall not fear other gods.

And as you can plainly see the commandments and the ordinances are 2 separate things. Jesus blotted only the handwriting which was contained in the ordinances
