I cannot get passed the many divisions. So i embrace simplicity. What has religion ever done for me except frustrate me and report me for sharing whats in my heart? But what is the cost?
Does it truly matter in the long run?
For me, the list of things I mentioned to you are a matter of faith and salvation.
It is a matter of loving God and loving others properly and being in God's will.
People following specific denominational creeds divides.Yes, heterodoxy does divide people from the Christianity. It is what happens when people follow their own made up traditions of men over Holy Tradition.
No im not arguing anything related to the creed, you are. How many other denominations disagree with yours? Will you report everyone?

Traditionally Christians follow Jesus by following Biblical teaching.
This doesn't make any tradition holy in and of itself.
GOD is holy, Jesus Christ is holy, and one could say Scripture is holy also.
The Church of Christ consists of many Christians from all over the world, from every walk of life (usually not rich people though) from many denominations.
James was preaching against useless religion, dont forget that. But the Bible says pure religion and undefiled is this.... To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world. (See James 1:27).
So if you knock religion, you are knocking the Bible.
What do you mean?Which also does not belong in this section.
Forgive me...

I'm not seeing how this thread is against the statement of faith. OUSA, kindly confirm based on the below what is being violated.Yes. I have and will for 14 years.
Forgive me...
Then you mean something other that OP means when you say 'religion'.But the Bible says pure religion and undefiled is this.... To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world. (See James 1:27).

These people obviously must reject the Nicene Creed because they reject those that put it together under the guidance of the Holy Spirit (i.e. Holy Tradition).I'm not seeing how this thread is against the statement of faith. OUSA, kindly confirm based on the below what is being violated.

Notes
* The word "catholic" (literally, "complete," "universal," or "according to the whole") refers to the universal church of the Lord Jesus Christ and not necessarily or exclusively to any particular visible denomination, institution, or doctrine.
** May be interpreted as baptism is a matter of obedience and not a requirement for salvation or as a regenerating ordinance.
Faith groups and individuals that deny the full, eternal deity of Jesus Christ or His incarnation whereby He, as God, took on human flesh (becoming fully God and fully man in one person), are considered non-Christians at CF. Posts that deny the full, eternal deity of Jesus Christ or His incarnation are considered non-Christian theology and are not allowed in "Christians Only" forums. Discussions in all "Christians Only" forums must be in alignment with Trinitarian beliefs.
Challenging Paul's position as an Apostle of Jesus Christ who (although not one of the original twelve) was sent forth by Christ after his conversion [Acts 9:15-16], or arguing against the inclusion of Paul's writings in the New Testament canon, is not allowed in any "Christians Only" forums (including the Controversial Christian Theology forum). You may disagree on the interpretation and application of his writings, but not their place as canon or Paul as an inspired author of Scripture.
Non-Nicene unorthodox Christian topics may only be discussed in the Controversial Christian Theology forum. Non-Trinitarianism may only be discussed in the Christianity & World Religion forum and the Debate Non-Christian Religions forum. I dont agree with their church, so they accuse mee of rejecting truth in the creed. They want to get rid of me it seems.I'm not seeing how this thread is against the statement of faith. OUSA, kindly confirm based on the below what is being violated.

You however are not the holder of all truth. Do you call anyone a heretic who doesnt belong to your denomination?Fighting heresy has always been necessary. That is a fundamental that you and I disagree on.
Forgive me...
I haven't seen a rejection of the precepts in the statement of faith of CF in this thread. Religion Can Take A Hike is a second reformation style statement. In stating divisive theology can take a hike it is reaffirming the one universal church for all believers. If this was posted in the tradition forum, that would have been a bad fit. These people obviously must reject the Nicene Creed because they reject those that put it together under the guidance of the Holy Spirit (i.e. Holy Tradition).
