Peace to those who may read.
Again, if we live after the flesh (in envy, strife, hatred of one another, wrath, coveting, etc) then we shall die as the wages of sin is death…death to the mortal body. We then perish from off this earth just as the rest of the world that does not profess to know God. The whole world is under His wrath as we speak as the world and its lusts are actively perishing as NO FLESH is being saved in this world.
The outside world serves the carnal mind and cannot keep please God. It is not subject to the law of God (have love for one another) and neither can it be. The carnal mind minds the things of the flesh….tilling the “ground”….and is outside the “garden of Eden”.
“Eden” means “delight” as we who know God by His Spirit within us delight to keep His commandments. To know God is to keep His commandments. We delight in them. We delight in Him by delighting to work and keep His commandments…His righteousness.
Genesis 3:23-24 KJV
(23) Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.
(24) So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.
He takes us from the world (who serves the ground….the carnal mind…and cannot please God) and breaths into us the breath of life….the Holy Spirit…so that we may delight in keeping His commandments.
Genesis 2:7-8 KJV
(7) And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
God fixes or established (planted) a garden eastward in Eden.
(8) And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.
We are placed into the “garden of Eden” to work it and keep it….that is, to delight in working and keeping His commandments that He has established us to keep from the beginning.
We know God (in the garden of Eden) when we keep His commandments…and we delight (meaning of “Eden”) in them. We are to eat of the fruits of the Spirit…of which there is no law against. The outside world does not delight in keeping His commandments nor does it want to.
Genesis 2:15-16 KJV
(15) And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.
(16) And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
We “delight” (the meaning of “Eden”) in the commandments of God which we love as His people. The outside world who serves the carnal mind does not delight in working and keeping His commandments...nor can it.
Psalms 119:47-48 KJV
(47) And I will delight myself in thy commandments, which I have loved.
(48) My hands also will I lift up unto thy commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in thy statutes.
Happy is the man whose “delight” or pleasure (Eden) is in the Law of the LORD and in His Law (to have love for one another) does he meditate day and night. The happy man does not forget His law but always remembers it….meditating day and night upon it.
Psalms 1:1-3 KJV
(1) Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
(2) But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
(3) And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
It is God which works within us both to WILL AND TO DO HIS GOOD PLEASURE (Eden =delight, pleasure). We delight in doing His good pleasure for it is in within our will to do it as we have His Spirit.
Philippians 2:12-16 KJV
(12) Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
(13) For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
(14) Do all things without murmurings and disputings:
(15) That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;
(16) Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.
Having received His Spirit, we are now debtors not to work the works of the flesh any longer but to partake of the trees of the garden….the fruit of the Spirit: the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. We must be LED by the Spirit and not walk after the flesh any longer…or we die in our mortal flesh.
Galatians 5:18-25 KJV
(18) But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.
To be carnally-minded is death as the rest of the world that serves the ground…the works of the flesh…perishes or dies off from this earth. The world and its lusts are actively perishing from off this earth as NO MORTAL FLESH is being saved as all are dying under His wrath.
(19) Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
(20) Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
(21) Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
But we are to eat of the trees of the garden of Eden….where we delight in keeping His commandments.
(22) But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
(23) Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
Those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh and also the affections and its lusts. If we live in the Spirit, LET US ALSO WALK IN THE SPIRIT. If we continue to walk otherwise, we shall die....our mortal bodies perish from off the earth.
(24) And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
(25) If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
Those in the outside world are outside the “garden of Eden” as they do not delight in the law of God. Those who are serving the carnal mind in the world in their envy and strife of each other(serving the “ground”…the flesh) are not subject to the law of God neither can it be for God has driven man out to serve the carnal mind. It is not in their will to DO His good pleasure for they do not have the Spirit of Christ. They cannot please God as they do not "delight" in His commandments (EDEN = delight in keeping His commandments).
Romans 8:6-10 KJV
(6) For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
(7) Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
(8) So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
But God forms us (His people) as He breaths the breath of life….the Spirit of God… into us who once did not know Him. He takes us from the serving of the carnal mind like the rest of the world so that we may serve Him in righteousness.
(9) But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
(10) And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
But WE MUST WALK AFTER THE SPIRIT. We are debtors now not to walk after the flesh but after the Spirit.
If through the Spirit we do deaden (kill) the deeds of the body, we shall live. We shall live in this earth with an everlasting life. That “life” is the life of Jesus that will give us His eternal life in this earth that He is already experiencing in Heaven. We are to be living, infallible proofs to this world that Jesus is indeed ALIVE NOW and forevermore as we shall have His life now.
Romans 8:12-14 KJV
(12) Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.
But we, as His people, must “mortify”….that is, “kill”…the deeds of the body through the Spirit. It is not an automatic guarantee to live an everlasting life here as we MUST walk after the Spirit always and NOT after the flesh. If we continue to walk after the flesh after the receiving of His Spirit, we shall die….as the wages of sin is death. A “walk” is continuous.
(13) For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
He gives us the power to become the sons of God via the Spirit as we kill the deeds of the body with His Spirit. The whole creation is awaiting on the manifestation of the Sons of God…those who are TRULY led by the Spirit. They are not serving the carnal mind in their envy and strife of another but have put it to death.
(14) For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
Only through the Spirit….the sword of the Spirit….the “flaming sword which turns in every way” ….can we walk the narrow way that leads to life….to have access to the tree of life. The flaming sword turns in every way….as in we must turn (change our mind and be converted) and live according to the Spirit so that we may have an everlasting life in this earth. We must keep His commandments so that we may have an everlasting life.
There is still remains a rest that we ….as His people who have been given the Spirit…. must enter into as we must kill the deeds of the flesh with the sword of the Spirit. We must walk after the Spirit always and not after the flesh or we die…we perish from off this earth with the world under His wrath. We must cease from the works of the flesh and DO His works of righteousness. This is not about keeping a literal day of the week.
Hebrews 4:9-11 KJV
(9) There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.
We must cease from the works of the flesh and labor to enter into that rest lest any man fall (falling into the grave…perishing from off this earth) in their unbelief. Believing IS ACTIVE. We must DO His will and not be hearers only.
(10) For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.
(11) Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.
NOW…NOW….NOW … there is no condemnation to those which are in Christ Jesus who WALK NOT after the flesh but after the Spirit. We are still under His wrath and are perishing if we still walk after the flesh even though we have His Spirit.
All things become new for those who kill sin in their lives and live after the Spirit as they enter into His rest where there is no death, no sorrow, pain, etc. This is a here-and-now thing.
Romans 8:1-11 KJV
(1) There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
(2) For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
(3) For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
(4) That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
The world serves the carnal mind....minding the things of the flesh. They are outside the garden of Eden where they do not delight in keeping His commandments nor can they.
(5) For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
To be carnally minded is death but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
(6) For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
IF the Spirit of Him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, He that raised up Christ from the dead shall also MAKE ALIVE your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwells in you.
Shall we continue to sin then? IF we are dead to sin, how can we live any longer therein ? The answer is that we can’t as the wages of sin is death. Even though we may have the Spirit of God within us and yet do not kill the deeds of the body, we shall die.
Romans 6:1-23 KJV
(1) What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
(2) God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
(3) Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
(4) Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
(5) For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
Our old man is crucified with Him so that the body of sin MIGHT BE destroyed. We must work out our salvation with fear and trembling. We must deaden the deeds of the body so that we may live in this earth. He that is “dead” is freed from sin.
(6) Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
(7) For he that is dead is freed from sin.
NOW if we are dead with Christ (dead to sin through the killing of sin with the sword of the Spirit), then we are to believe we shall also live with Him….NOW in this world .
(8) Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:
We know that Christ being raised from the dead does not die no more. He IS ALIVE NOW and so we are to have life now. Death has no more dominion over Him. Likewise, death has no more dominion over us in this world. We shall not die but have His everlasting life NOW in this earth and not after we “die and go to heaven” as preached by those who are perishing and have no knowledge of the good news for the here-and-now. They perish because they truly have not ceased from the works of the flesh as they serve the teachings and commandments of men more than the Creator. They set aside His commandment to have love for one another and judge each other with their teachings and commandments of men which is not doing the law of Christ.
(9) Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.
(10) For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
We are to reckon ourselves to be dead unto sin but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. We are to reckon ourselves as alive. The churches of carnally-minded men are reckoning themselves as dead because they are all still perishing.
(11) Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
(12) Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
If we are then risen with Christ NOW, we must always seek those things which are above: peace, joy, love, gentleness, kindness, patience, etc. We must eat of the fruit of the Spirit.
Colossians 3:1-7 KJV
(1) If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.
(2) Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
For we are “dead” ….dead to sin…and our life is currently hid with Christ in God.
(3) For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.
But that eternal life of Christ shall be manifested in our outer mortal flesh for this world to see . When He shall appear, we shall also appear with Him in glory.
(4) When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.
All of those who hope in the appearing life of Christ in our mortal flesh are to mortify (kill) our members which are upon the earth. We must live according to the will of God above and not according to the flesh. We must not sit together (the “fornication”) in the churches of carnally-minded men where NO MORTAL FLESH is being saved. The wrath of God comes upon the children of disobedience in the churches in which we once walked and lived in them We MUST come out from among them and be separate.
(5) Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:
(6) For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:
(7) In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them.
The churches of the unbelievers will persecute us for leaving but we must not turn back and render evil for their evil but must participate in the suffering of Christ when they do. The sufferings of their persecutions are nothing compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
Romans 8:18-25 KJV
(18) For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
The whole world shall know that we are the sons of God as the life of Jesus (Christ within us) manifests outwardly in our mortal flesh giving us His eternal life in this earth. This is truly good news for the here-and –now.
(19) For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.
(20) For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,
(21) Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
(22) For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
Christ in us…the hope of glory that shall be revealed outwardly in the redemption of our mortal body.
(23) And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.
We are saved by hope in this revealing of His eternal life in our mortal body (the redemption of our mortal body). We hope for that which we seen not and have patience as we wait for His appearing life.
The unbelievers in the churches of carnally-minded men shall persecute us for our faith. Our faith in this good news shall be tried with the “fire” of their persecutions.
(24) For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?
(25) But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.
But they shall suffer the penalty for their unrighteousness….as they will be shut out from participating in the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His might. They will have rejected their own salvation…at a cost….as they will perish from off this earth without His life.
2 Thessalonians 1:9-10 KJV
(9) Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;
We who believe without seeing Him yet shall rejoice because we believed in the testimony. The unbelievers in the churches of men shall be ashamed because they did not believe and will suffer their punishment….death from this earth.
(10) When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.
Remember Esau who sold off his birthright….for you know afterward when he WOULD HAVE inherited the blessing, he was REJECTED. We are to inherit His eternal life. We are to hear His testimony and be found of Him behaving in peace and all holiness without which no man shall SEE the Lord…that is, they will NOT SEE the life being made manifest in their mortal flesh as they will have enjoyed behaving in their unrighteousness towards the hearing of His words of life and spirit through those whom He sends out.
Hebrews 12:14-17 KJV
(14) Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:
(15) Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;
(16) Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright.
(17) For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.
We are to remember to let brotherly love continue and entertain strangers and their words…for their words may be the words of the Lord.
Isaiah 66:1-6 KJV
(1) Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest?
We are to hear what the Spirit is saying and rest from our own works of the flesh (responding in the envy, strife, wrath, etc of our former ignorance). We are to let His Spirit rest within us by not resisting the Spirit with our contentions and wrath of what we hear. We must be of a “poor and contrite spirit”….having few of words. We must be “poor in spirit”…poor in breath ….towards what we hear as we use FEW WORDS.
(2) For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word.
(3) He that killeth an ox is as if he slew a man; he that sacrificeth a lamb, as if he cut off a dog's neck; he that offereth an oblation, as if he offered swine's blood; he that burneth incense, as if he blessed an idol. Yea, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delighteth in their abominations.
Yet, in the churches of carnally-thinking and behaving men, they will not hear when He speaks but will instead choose to do evil before His eyes.
(4) I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did evil before mine eyes, and chose that in which I delighted not.
We must hear and tremble at His word and be found of Him with few words toward what we hear. Those church brothers who will HATE us and cast out our name’s as evil for His sake shall be ashamed as they will be shut out from His appearing glory.
When He shall appear in our mortal flesh, we shall appear with Him in glory and they…the unbelievers in the churches (our brothers)…..will be ashamed and will not be able to participate as they will be rejected. They will be shut out from inheriting His eternal life in this earth.
(5) Hear the word of the LORD, ye that tremble at his word; Your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for my name's sake, said, Let the LORD be glorified: but he shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed.
(6) A voice of noise from the city, a voice from the temple, a voice of the LORD that rendereth recompence to his enemies.
He gives us the power to become the sons of God as we put to death sin… the deeds of the body….killing the works of the flesh and its affections and lusts…. with the sword of the Spirit. The world does not know us……yet.
1 John 3:1-3 KJV
(1) Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
We are now the sons of God (those who are truly led by the Spirit) and it does not appear YET to the world what we shall be. But the world shall see His appearing glory when His life appears in our outer mortal flesh. Every man that has this hope purifies himself even as He is pure.
(2) Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
(3) And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.
We must strive to enter into the narrow way that leads to life. Beware of the false prophets that want to lead you astray from it with their preaching of so-called works of righteousness….the teachings and commandments of men that are not saving the mortal flesh of anyone that serves and worships them…setting aside the commandment of God (to have love for one another) in order to judge others with them. All are perishing with the using of the commandments of men that turn us from truth. they are perishing as they die in their mortal bodies and do not participate in the appearing of the life of Jesus in the mortal flesh.
Matthew 7:12-15 KJV
(12) Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.
(13) Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
(14) Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
(15) Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
(15) That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;
(16) Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.

(9) Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;
(15) Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;
