They should speak to you directly if something is wrong with you instead of spreading it to people,
which shall be further cooked by others.

Just ignore them. Godly people don't gossip. If they have issues with you they'll let you know directly. Reading Psalms penned by King David on such matters should also help. Peace in Christ .

"I'm not your mom," means, "I'm not responsible for your behavior or well-being." It's like in Genesis 4:9, where Cain tells the Lord, "Am I my brother's keeper?" He could have easily said, "Why are you asking me? I'm not his mom." In both cases, the comment is dismissive of the fact that the real sin was committed by the person saying it. The person disavows responsibility for the harm committed against another person.
