Yep, because the "signs" brought Glory to God and showed HIS power, not the disciples. The disciples were just vessels that allowed themselves to be used by God. Just as we can. They were no different to us. Simply men who made themselves available to God. To be used as he wanted.
It was HIS power, HIS glory.
What is 80% deaf? Considering lost frequency response, many adults are roughly 50% death, and few of them notice at all. I don't believe there's any doctor's record of her gaining significant hearing vs. the 15 years of her life, at least not apart from medical treatment. Your god healed the hearing of a girl who could already hear, leaving plenty of room for you to imagine that she hears better when she hears the same as before.
If you really know of what the doctor has said, then what did the doctor identify as the cause of her 80% deafness? If there really is a doctor's record verifying the healing, then post it (just black-out the girl's name).
